Routinely out of bread for subs, so heinously busy here in Inverness, make a bigger store, or increase baking staff or open another store because this town is getting too big for one store. It's pure chaos to park, long check out lines and slow bakery staff that gets hyper focused on decorating. I've been saving my grievances for a while. I will shop at Walmart until Aldi comes to town. Ambiance is a mad house not the Publix I grew up with.

Thank you for all of the great food we ordered. My Moms 80th Birthday on 12-10-23 was even better, everyone loved everything! The Cannoli sheet cake was especially delicious and beautiful!!

Next time you label your cooked chicken you make sure you label it according.
Do not have people thinking that they are buying one thing and that is not what they are getting.
Mixed chicken means dark and white meat mixed. I have two containers of dark meat fried chicken. I paid for mixed and that’s what I want. I don’t eat thighs and legs. Luckily my guest liked the dark but no dinner for me tonight. Thanks for nothing.

We love shopping at our Inverness Publix! The staff are always super friendly. Jacob in the deli is our son's favorite and he's always so excited when he gets to see him. Jacob is always patient and does exactly what our son asks for with his subs. (He's only 6, but he always knows exactly what he wants when he orders.) We appreciate the kind staff and always smiling faces.

i don’t know what the deal is with the incompetence at the service desk but after having isssues several times i am finally leaving a post about it. first off there are people who have anxiety and panic attacks i only purchase these yogurts when they’re on sale because i am on a budget so this is a really good deal because the yogurt sale with the $5 off ten of them makes them .50 each first my friend brings 10 singles as ad shows then he is told by customer service that the $5 only applies if you purchase 10 4 packs and he exchanged the singles for 3 4 packs because he didn’t know what else to do then he called me and i told him to wait there because they were not doing that to him i asked to speak with manager explained how customer service denied them being on sale like this and about the coupon he told me to send my friend back in so i did. now all of a sudden the only yogurts left in store of key lime flavor were the ones my friend purchased so he decided to sell him those for $1.00 a peice which is fine but he didn’t give the $5.00 back either so basically this store customer service desk is incompetent females who are hired because of their looks and have no customer service skills. the last time i had a customer service person lie to someone else claiming the product i knew they carried was never carried in that store and i now regret not reporting her to manager because it sounds like same one who answered when i called this time. i called that night and told her that she works for a company that expects high quality customer service and the product she lied about was carried in that store and she just didn’t want to put in effort to look for it i’ve purchased this product many times and even if warehouse is out there you do not lie to customers. as someone who has worked in customer service I know when someone is not giving the quality service they were hired to give. THIS SPECIFIC STORE HAS A HABIT OF LYING TO CUSTOMERS AND ITS THIS SAME CUSTOMER SERVICE WOMAN. She needs to be held accountable and removed from the service desk

Worst grocery store ever the manager was very rude and kicked me out with my weeks old puppy. Told me I could carry puppy through the store with me. I will never shop at a Publix again.

Great bakery products. I have a question though. I have the Publix App. Yesterday I had an email saying $5.00 off purchase of $30.00. Apparently I have to sigm into my Publix account to load that coupon. Why isn’t it just put on the App I use and then I can load it like I load other Digital Coupons? So, today I lost out on the $5.00 because I had not signed into Publix account from my email to losd the coupon.
