We had 6 in our party. Appetizers were very good and 5 of the 6 main courses were very good. The 6th was stone cold. Server did offer to bring it back to heat it up but it was a pasta/short rib dinner and it would have come back over microwaved or worse. At the end of the meal the server never offered anything to offset the meal. The manager stopped by the table after we paid and asked how we liked the meal. Shared our story and the manager made no offers either. Total bill for 6 people was over $750. Spending that amount of money sets an expectation that you should leave the premises 100% satisfied.

Our main complaint is the restaurant service, we dined on March 16th at Atlantic and Claire was EXTREMELY rude, did not want to answer any of my questions, had a rude tone to anything we asked, and then when given the espresso we ordered she did not want to bring a spoon to stir the sugar and asked if we could use the FORK (which we used to eat) to stir the sugar with in our espresso.... When she served us the espresso she stated "can you use your fork to stir, thanks" and left. For the price you are paying to stay at the resort plus the pricey restaurant you would expect an elevated dinning service and not a rude waitress that refuses to bring you a spoon to stir your sugar in your coffee. Such an unpleasant experience. On the other hand, when we went for breakfast they were nice and we had another waitress so that was actually a good experience. The food was delicious and the service was top notch. The opposite of what we had experienced the night before.

Excellent meal with great views! This is a beautiful spot for special occasions. The portion sizes were perfect and the food was absolutely scrumptious. Staff were attentive and helpful.

The setting is beautiful. The service was amazing. Three of us had the special - whole catch of the day. It was yellow tail and hog fish and both were wonderful. One person had the grouper and it had great flavor but was overcooked. As far as sides, the lobster Mac and cheese was so good and well worth the price. The Parmesan and arugula salad was very very plain and the truffle fries were so cold they were bad. I would recommend get the amazing main dish and skip the sides based upon these. The main is enough to eat. If you are still hungry order dessert!

Let me first say, we love Cheeca~! And while we didn't stay here this year, we will next year late 2024 ./ 2025. The hostess who waited on us was either to busy or scattered brained.. one or the other.. atmosphere and food was great, just could have been a bit more attentive, that's all. We still tipped 20% due to the the full scope of our dinner, atmosphere and vibe.. Still love Cheeca and will be back for sure. Great music btw, singer was really good the night of our meal!

We had reservations for 4:45. Received a number of texts to confirm reservation, to remind us that promptness was important (15 minute grace period) and to lay out the times that various sized parties were allowed to remain at the table (2.5 hours for our party of 5). We joked on the trip down that it would be tough to streatch it out for that long. What they did not tell us was that we needed our phone to show we had a reservation so we could get throught the security gate. I did not have my phone, bt fortunately, my wife did. We arrived on time for our reservation, and were informed that they did not serve dinner until 5:00, and there. would be a wait because the servers were in a meeting. We finally had a server at out table 25 minutes after our reservation time and our arrival. Food and beverages were good, but coffee was lukewarm at best, and the singe cappachino was cold. WE WERE NOT RUSHED TO SAY THE LEAST,, and finally were able to depart 2.5 hours after we arrived. Overall, not a pleasant dining experience.

Swordfish, mushroom, and tomato salad were really good. Negroni was solid, but Martini was warm. Nice atmosphere, good for family

Service has been lacking for the last few years. Salads asked to be served prior to main course were served with main course. Drinks were delivered after main course was finished. Severe lack of attention

So much right yet so wrong. The ambiance was great. Great ocean view at upper crust resort. Free roses for Valentine's Day. Arugula Parmesan salad was excellent. Pork chop was very good. Pricey for what we got. Foot traffic walking through the restaurant- bad flow there. The service was subpar for such a high end place. We didn't see our server for close to 30 minutes and thus could not share that my husband needed a steak knife or that my grouper was not fully cooked in the middle. I could see other servers were taking to their tables explaining the menu items and was very attentive- just not ours.

Our server was Martin and he was absent most of the time. There was one point where we waited 30 minutes for him to make another round so I could ask for a steak knife for my husband's pork chop or to let him know that my grouper was not fully cooked. He did never offer a second round of beverages. I knew it would be expensive but I just expected better service for the $200 meal. It was a beautiful setting by the water with the candles light valentine dinner so the ambience was beautiful and they gave me a rose. There was a young couple there who had just gotten married and she was still in her wedding dress and it was quite touching. Arugula and Parmesan salad was very good we skipped dessert because by then we were just so frustrated with the lack of service. At the other tables I could see the other servers explaining the menu to their customers our server did no such thing and I don't know if he spoken English very well.

The food was wonderful, well presented and cooked with some imaginative mixes. The location was wonderful too. Eating at the Water's Edge is lovely and this was a romantic spot. Service was a times a little too quick - you do need some time between courses. We both thoroughly enjoyed everything we had.

I had an absolutely delightful experience at the oceanfront restaurant! The breathtaking view combined with the vibrant atmosphere made for a truly memorable dining experience. The food was exquisite, perfectly complementing the stunning surroundings. I highly recommend this gem for anyone seeking a culinary adventure with a side of spectacular scenery.

We were quite disappointed by the service at Atlantics Edge. Our wine got forgotten, we told him we didn't want it anymore and he said it was already poured. We then watched them pour it. Fries were missing dip. Server was very nice, but it just took forever. Great ambiance! Meal was tasty.

The ABSOLUTE worst meal I have ever had. The $70 Ribeye I ordered showed up as a slab covered in disgusting brown sauce, and was definitely NOT a ribeye. TOTALLY inedible. Like shoe leather. My husband had the chicken with the same awful brown sauce on it. My daughter's fish had scales and bones in it. HORRIFIC. This is my first review, I never send food back or complain but this was beyond horrible. Luckily we stopped at the Shrimp Shack and got some takeout on the way home. And the bill was outrageously expensive and we frequent high end restaurants. The wait staff was abysmal, not knowing who ordered what and not checking on guests. Steer clear of this dive!
