This was the most atrocious meal experience of my entire life! We started out by meeting our waiter, a very high spirited woman! it was a great start, but it was all downhill from there. we ordered our drinks, and it took 30 minutes just for one coffee! then we ordered and i ordered a chicken salad. It took at least an hour for the food to come with many check ins from our waiter throwing the kitchen under the bus! I thought it was very rude on her part, but also the restaurants fault for opening knowing that their kitchen was understaffed . The runners did not know who anyone’s food was, and they didn’t even speak english when asked! They were out of wings, tenders, fries, and good attitudes! My salad did not come with chicken, my friends salad didn’t even come, and my sisters dinner was not even safe to eat. The chicken on my brothers salad was as wet as the toilet seat. And let me not forget the fact that the singer was so awful and tone deaf that it ruined an already terrible night! Thanks Mile Marker 88 for this experience! I certainly will never forget it.

Dense chicken, drinks took 30 minutes, food took 45, out of fries, tenders, wings, and kitchen staff. Food runners were edging us so hard, and the singer was gooning, making it impossible for us to enjoy our already terrible meal. Multiple dishes were never delivered, and the runners had funky shoes while they pranced around.

Make a reservation! We came after sunset on a Monday and waited 45+ for a 4-top after the hostess said it would be a 15-20 minute wait. Once finally seated, we had to ask for a server when no one had come to the table after another 15 minutes. We ordered everything the first time server came- drinks, appetizers, and main courses- and the server barely checked on us afterwards. Had to wait another 10+ minutes after asking for the bill- almost left w/o paying. Admittedly the food was yummy, however smaller portions for the $. Live music was good. Ambiance wonderful, but service left everything to be desired.

We started with the Oysters, Rock Shrimp tempura, the ceviche and Chicken wings. The oysters were really good. They felt fresh. The shrimp came with a sweet sauce and the perfect mayo sauce. Someone in the table said it reminded them to the one in Nobu (I've never been there so I wouldn't know) but that's just how good it was. I hated the ceviche, it tasted weird. For entrees we ordered the Florida crunch salad, Spicy tuna roll and Yellowtail roll. We requested the cucumber removed on the spicy tuna roll and for some weird reason the server said they couldn't. Both rolls were delicious. Pretty simple, just how we enjoy it. The salad has all this crunchy items on it, that you actually enjoy eating healthy. Also the blackened shrimp that we added to the salad was $10 usd and it literally came with 3. For dessert we ordered the Banana Fried Roti and I promise you I will come back just for this. Vibes in there were amazing, they had live music. It's a nice, clean and well kept place. Our server kind of sucked. The place is on the pricey side, but just like everything else in The Keys.

Perfect in every way!! Food was amazing, went back 2x. Had snapper ceviche both times. Got the fajitas the second time and the sauces were exceptional. Beautiful scenery, great atmosphere and love the table options in the sand. Romantic and scenic place to catch the sunset.

We have been visiting MM88 for over 30 years and have enjoyed its delicious food and beautiful transformation through the years. The food has always been our favorite in the Keys. We have taken all of our children, family and friends in hopes of sharing the amazing sights and great food. You can't beat it. Unfortunately, the restaurant was recently sold and despite the massive renovations and beautification, the menu was dwindled down to basic non-traditional Keys dishes and we are devastated. All of our favorite dishes like the onion crusted fish, lobster Mac and cheese, and tuna nachos are gone. Ughhhh... my heart is heavy. In good news, the Bloody Mary is still yum!! The view still makes me super happy though so if you're looking for a fabulous view and perhaps a great party venue, this is the spot. If you're looking for more traditional seafood dishes, keep moving. Old menu: PLEASE COME BACK!!

Stopped by this outdoor restaurant for Sunday brunch on a rainy day. Seated under the hut to stay dry. Food was phenomenal. Can't wait to come back on a bright and sunny day to enjoy the water views.

Stopped by for a quick bite. Welcoming service. Great views. Had the Marker 88 burger that was very tasty and cheesy. The sushi was good but could've been better if they had eel sauce! Overall, it was pretty good. I'm sure the sunset views are great here!

The only good thing about this place is the view, the service was just absolutely terrible. Every question we asked about anything the answer from every employee was "I don't know" or "im not sure" the food was very expensive and my boyfriends steak was ordered medium rare and came out still cold in the middle... we had to sit and wait until someone else came to our table that wasn't our server to send our steak back. They did end up taking it off the check and the man who came over who was maybe the bar tender? To ask us if we were waiting on drinks that had been sitting at the bar that he said he was just going to toss in the trash because they had been sitting there so long .... LIKE WHAT? Although he was super nice and more accommodating than anyone else there. That being said the service sucked and they need to train their employees better and not give the servers tables all over the place so they can give better service. Food is NOT amazing but ok. You pay for the view. Service needs help desperately. Server needs to tell us specials without asking and visit the table eveytime something is dropped to make sure we are happy. Owner needs to be better... train your employees.

Beautiful location. Period. Service was awful from the minute we walked in. Hostess was dismissive, waitress was so slow and spent her time standing at the bar chatting. Portions were unbelievably small - and we’re not big eaters or really that hard to please.

Great views accompanied with delicious food. I ordered Jerky Chicken Fajita and it is best i have eaten so far. Guacamole was fabulous as pictured.

Fantastic remodel. The place looks amazingI love their logo and the gift shop. It's a little bit pricey, but what can you do?The prices aren't great for food, but the view, and the music usually is. I love the curry, it was really good. I would recommend it. As is the case with most places down here the service could use a little bit of help. Not really terrible. Certainly not great. When paying $15 for a drink and $30-$40 for an entrée I'd like my interaction to be a little more UpscaleIt's an upgrade from the prior iteration, and I hope they continue to improve

Wow’ed on every level. The atmosphere at night was near magic with great lighting, well kept spaces and views that bring people from every part of the world. The service was top notch. AND THE FOOD…yum with a scoop of first class. Complex favor and artfully presented. Everything you could ask for.
