Bagels are fine. Wait time was a bit too much. Place is dirty - get a broom..

Great bagels. Don't order a sandwich--two slices of deli meat. Too many good sandwich shops at the beach.

Usually we come in and everything is great but this morning we ordered pick up for 4 bagels toasted with butter and we received 3 bagels uncut, and not toasted and 1 bagel sliced and toasted. I get everyone has bad days but it is just disappointing to have to eat a bagel unsliced and toasted when you placed an order for pick up.

By the time we came the bagel selection was limited, but that's standard for a busy Sunday. I did really want a sweet bagel and they didn't have any options for that nor any plain bagels so that was sad but it's ok. We got our food quickly and had a pleasant experience. This location feels a little bit larger than some of the others and it felt very bright. We would come back.

Unorganized mess. 6 people working behind counter and I've been waiting 15 min for a single bagel in a bag. Not toasted. Not a sandwich. A bagel in a bag. While waiting, I observed the girl who is making the bagel sandwiches eat off of the tray of sandwiches that she was putting it in the toaster. She was literally snacking over the tray of food. Nasty.

Plenty of assortments of bagels and spreads. I was surprised on how fast my order went especially with eggs cooked to order. Spacious area with four tables for outdoor eating.. Bagels were fresh.

Only come if you’re prepared to wait 30 minutes for a bagel. Management is nonexistent.

Super unorganized, the lines were super long. Atleast 20+ people waiting for their orders. Seemed to be at a standstill.

They have pumpkin spread for autumn ! I enjoyed their home made huge bagels !! Spread was so flavourful I had jalapeño spread ?? and it was GREAT ! We sat on their outdoor patio tables ( away from Trader Joe’s ) That plaza needs a coffee shop and this Bagels r us fit the bill !! Coffee was not-so bad. Next time, I will take out their bagels for pickleball game at South Beach Parkway ! ( take your extra cream cheese home )(Check their wonky hours )

Had to use my AI assistant to determine if the flavorless, cold, bread circle was in fact a bagel. Apparently, by appearance, it is in fact classified as a Bagel. Not sure though. Also, I wonder if they understand the concept of “toasted.” I saw it enter a machine that may have been a device for heating food, but what came out was slightly less than frozen. This also begs the question, at that early hour, whether the bagel was even fresh to begin with.Of course, never got my orange juice which is probably for the best. Most likely, would have been sugar water with orange dye or an energy drink with “orange like flavor.”Not sure if the basic principle of our physical universe whereby two objects cannot occupy the same space at the same time was understood. The area for pickup and the “in-person" ordering are in the same spot which is already cramped to begin with. So if you enjoy shuffling around waiting for less than mediocre food go ahead. Just demonstrates the general thoughtlessness of Bagels ‘r US.Finally, thank you so much (yes lots of sarcasm) for the globs of cream cheese that spilled on my shirt and pants in the car as I tried to separate the halves of the bagel. Apparently cutting the bagel in half is an “extra” fee. An attempt to cut it in half was made. I witnessed the sawing motion of a generally distracted employee, but in the end, as with everything else, failure was on the menu that day.Just to be clear I have thrown away the everything even the burnt water that they labeled as “coffee.”Please close this place down and allow another business to occupy this space…hopefully run by someone who cares.

The people here are always super friendly. Great vibes, bagels are a good price for what you get. Lots of different cream cheese and bagel options. GET HERE EARLY, they sell all the really good bagels early.
