I got 1 slice and I can tell you this was the worst pizza I've ever had. I love customer service but the pizza is terrible. Tasted burnt and the sauce was disgusting.

Staying at a hotel from out of state and we decided to go with Biggie Pizza because who doesn’t love New York style pizza. We looked at the pictures of others reviews and were pleased. When we received our order, the pizza and cheese bread seemed to be slightly undercook. The crust wasn’t crisp and the cheese was pretty white. Did not look like the pictures of people’s orders of slices. I would not recommend ordering a whole pizza or cheese bread. Just not good.

I was unable to park because of the security guard. I wanted a slice of pizza, not an interrogation.Edit: This review isn’t permanent. Your pizza is great. The interaction was just uncomfortable and weird enough that I wanted to point it out, and a review is the best way to do that.

I've been going to this location for a couple years now and it's by far my favorite. Food is always excellent, staff is always friendly and helpful. Never had a bad experience there. Their pasta is the best pasta I've tried.

I ordered from Uber Eats and the app was being wonky. I called and they answered RIGHT AWAY! (A lost art, right?) A very polite gentleman, Gazmir, checked on my order, confirmed it was correct and noticed we didn’t have drinks. Because we were 1st time customers, he sent some for free. Our pizza was hot and very New York style. Beyond impressed!! Great pizza, outstanding service!!

Went the 29th of February before closing. Which is usually a no no for me at restaurants. The young lady was friendly and helped me out making a choice. Food was great and again so was the service.

First time trying Biggies, kind of disappointed. We got the Sweet and Sour Hawaiian, it was supposed to have hot honey and there was none on it. Might give them another chance just to see how they do on a regular pizza. The pesto bread was below average, wouldn’t recommend.
