I've ate here twice now. Both times I ordered keto tacos. The shells are made of cheese and are delicious! My favorite is the shrimp, followed by the chicken. Steak is good too. My family has ate a variety of other items which they report are very good.

Savannah and Ruby took excellent care of me today.Food was exceptional and came out the kitchen quickly. They were both attentive and anticipated any need my party had.Would 10/10 recommend to anyone needing a bite at the beach.

Relocated here from Sarasota a few weeks ago and not sure of what's in the area yet. Passed by omw home from work and decided to order dinner online and opted for curbside pickup because I had my dog with me.They called me to verify things on my order rather than just assume.Order was ready in no time and brought out.Everything was fantastic.. service and food.I will be back!!!

Food was just ok. The food tasted like something you would get out of the freezer section. Staff was not friendly at all and we went during non-peak hours. Atmosphere reflects service, in my opinion, and without friendly service you get a 2 star atmosphere.

This place never disappoints. The food is on point: try the BLT, fajita or birria burritos (all amazing). The staff is great, Savannah behind the bar welcomes you like a regular and makes a mean margarita. Add all that to make a fantastic experience!

Fam and I decided to have lunch here after always wanting to stop and try the Burrito Gallery @ Jax Beach. Finally had the chance. Soooo good!! If I cld give a score of 10, I would. I've had birria tacos, but never a birria burrito. The wife had a mission style burrito bowl, my daughter had the Americana tacos, and the boys split quesadilla and cheese deep.All be told...staff/management 10, atmosphere 10, food 10. Thank you and we'll be back!

Our waitress was very nice, but we sat at the bar, and for some reason the bartender wasn't scheduled to come in till 12. We were there just 15 minutes before then, so we waited. She ended up being late. She was nice, but for some reason the bar didn't have a few things (that were in the drinks on the menu), and she didn't tell us them until my girlfriend tried to order them. Eventually she got irritated of trying to find a drink they could make and gave up. The food came out pretty fast, and it was okay.

UNSANITARY NIGHTMARE!! Words cannot adequately express the horror I witnessed during my visit to Burrito Gallery / Jacksonville Beach Location. The complete lack of hygiene and disregard for food safety regulations left me utterly disgusted, and I urge potential customers to stay far away from this establishment.Upon entering the restaurant, I witnessed the cook casually sweeping the floor and picking up nearby trash off the floor without any regard for the nearby food preparation area. To my disbelief, the same cook, without washing his hands, proceeded to handle food ingredients and prepare meals. But it gets worse.During the course of my visit, I observed this cook repeatedly dipping his bare hands, without the use of gloves, into the shredded cheese container. He would then stick his fingers straight into his mouth to eat the shredded cheese, then the same cook proceeded to handle the food yet again. I was dumbfounded by the sheer disregard for basic food safety protocols. This unacceptable behavior occurred not just once, but three times during my visit.The lack of hygiene and complete disregard for customer safety exhibited by the cook is deeply concerning. It raises serious questions about the overall cleanliness and professionalism of the entire establishment. Such unsanitary practices put customers at risk of foodborne illnesses and compromise the reputation of Burrito Gallery.I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this place until they address these grave concerns and demonstrate a commitment to proper hygiene practices. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I sincerely hope that the necessary steps are taken to rectify this appalling situation.

Wow! I have been to the downtown location before, but this may have been the best food I've had at a Burrito Gallery location. The steak Americana taco was so tender and the right amount of flavor. The blackened shrimp Americana taco was cooked perfectly an delicious! Great time!
Reheated food, very dry and flavorless. No manager on site=no alcoholic drinks beside beers.Sad experience, specially on a trivia night.

Absolutely amazing. We, 2 teenagers and two adults, stopped in for a meal before we headed home.Greeted by what may have been the most eager to please person around the beach, then delivered our custom orders, kids are a tad picky, by a very sweet staff member.Great experience! 2 custom burritos, taco salad and a top 5 birria burrito I’ve experienced, were all made to perfection.Well done management and staff!!!

Great atmosphere. quick service. I came in during their happy hour. Got the nachos and the margaritas and they were awesome!! Definitely coming back. The staff was wonderful and even the manager came out to check on things!!! Great place!!
