Foods amazing! But the drive through lady with the red braids was extremely rude and impatient, she kept interrupting me every-time I tried to ask for additional on my sandwich and at the last minute when I said yes I heard her laughing. She just had a really negative attitude when I was polite and used manners. I hope not all of your workers are like this and don’t act like this to customers that don’t deserve it.

Very rude. Not friendly. They got my order wrong and I had to drive all the way back. They didn’t offer anything or even apologize. I used to love Charley’s and I was so happy they brought one to Jax Beach, but they need to replace everybody here. So disappointed at how terrible this location is.

Carlos (Manager) was there to serve us and I just have to say that he was an amazing person to chat with. He was able to carry a conversation that lead the customer (Me) where it was fun to talk with him. His smile is awesome and just having an attitude toward customers. I would definitely give him a raise if anything. Try out the cookie & Cream Shake! It’s really good and would recommend it for you guys to try. Carlos recommended it lol.

I went to Charleys for a philly cheese steak and fries. The cheese steak was great! The fries are like fresh cut potato fries and seasoned to perfection. The shake machine was down, so I will have to return on a later date for another meal and hopefully a shake. I recommend trying them for a philly.

I travel to several different states for work, and one of the biggest pluses of it is trying different foods. Steakhouse might not sound like something new and exciting, but, if yall get a chance to stop by this lil place by the beach, food was great. And you know it must be because I rarely give 5 stars. Good job guys. When I'm in town I will stop by and see the wonderful smile you're host gives. ?
