Placed order for my sons birthday before 10:30 .Drove all the way to the store for them to tell me they couldn’t place the order since I was at the store by 10:30 . They really know how to waste peoples time . Could’ve canceled my order before I drove all the way there .

I was at the drive through, I guess I had a frown in my face, Is in the nice young girl greeted me!! And I said I was okay!! Is she said why okay! well I told her Why!! when! you knew it she was praying for me!! OMG Is she really made my day! best place ever guys. She is young brunette with glasses.❤️??

The visit to the location was not as good as normal! The employees inside were awesome Robert was very kind and fixed my order for me! Sadly the employee doing the drive through was incredibly rude. I called and spoke with the manager and he seemed to careless no apology just I will speak with her. I was not impressed with his response when I told him the story.

Normally don't leave reviews. This is probably the worst Chick-fil-A I've been too. All the workers have attitudes about your order. The only nice worker I've come across is the blonde girl that works drive thru when I've come in the mornings. You get eye rolls from the young man that works at the window to pick up your food when you ask a question. Just a weird atmosphere, very unwelcoming. Honestly just thought the first time this happened it was a crazy morning(I've worked in food I understand how it gets) but it is every time.

Asked for ketchup and got 6 packets of ranch. 6. For a 12 count nugget meal and fries. 6. I guess I’m supposed to use one pack of ranch for every 2 nuggets. Absolutely no ketchup for my fries and the nuggets were surprisingly bland and peppery. No salt no flavor except extreme pepper. I didn’t know chick fil an offered spicy peppery bland nuggets. All these years I never had peppered bland nuggets. Totally disgusting and disappointing to say the least as I came here to have an excellent meal that I could count on.
