We arrived 4-12-24 at 7:45 PM, all doors were locked with many people inside. about 4 cars of customers parked and walked to the doors unable to get in when the sign said it was supposed to be open until 8PM. Many people got frustrated and left. We decided to get into the drive though line. We ordered and I video recorded the server telling us they close walk in at 8pm and I asked him if it was 8pm yet on his clock and he said no. He then said they closed early because they only had 30 people come in today - again this is on video and what the hek does that have to do with staying open. So I said I have a coupon from the ap , and he said they would only take it if it scans, what type of comment is that. Why wouldnt it scan. we ordered and get to the payment window and the very rude lady said she did not have time to help with the AP and that the coupon takes a minute to download and that we could not wait there at the window and wanted us to pay the full price. What type of scam is going on here , so she would rather throw out two blizzards rather than key in the coupon or ask the manager for help and she was NASTY to us about it. We left and went around the corner to Gator Ice Cream a mom and pop who appreciate the business. and was serving with a smile. We suggest people avoide the dirty unfriendly DQ at the beach and go to the clean and friendly Gator one block over.

The experience was godawful. In the drive through the women threw the trash out talking to no one . We met her and the window and she handed us crumbled up napkins and the cups were dirty of food on the outside. Very unprofessional.

Came in because my favorite shop was closed big mistake I will never come back. I was charged almost an extra dollar for sprinkles, and there were hardly any on there. I was not warranted of the charge, and I have never in my life been charged for sprinkles certainly that much money. This place is a scam. Just go to get some real ice cream Literally like one minute down the road.

I had a chicken strips and it felt hard, kinda of dry. It looked like the chicken it was old. My husband went to ask for our Sunday and one of the cashiers ( pink/blue hair dyed) said to my husband " what?). Not a great customer service. also that same cashier was walking abnormal. She was also sitting down on one of the tables with her body laying down. Their buffalo sauce was expired. I'm praying I don't get stomach ache. I'm not coming back. It's embarrassing to have this restaurant at the beaches.

This could possibly be the very worst run Dairy Queen in the country. between the lack of availability of product and the indifference of the service staff, I can't imagine anyone wanting to go here..

absolutely disappointed in this establishment. I have always loved Dairy Queen and they really disappointed with this Florida location not only did we have to wait for our food because they handed it to another person. They were rude and the food was out after a 15 minute wait it was cold from the french fries to the burgers to everything else we got. after a long day of traveling it was really upsetting to not get fresh food. we did ask for refund and they said no and to bring the food back. I did not bring the food back because I don't trust them. they will spit in our food, after we had pulled off to receive our food after they handed it to someone else we happen to catch a view of a worker hitting some type of vapor in a corner pacing back-and-forth, taking orders and not even looking at the screen looking at us and hitting his vapor. we saw multiple workers, lacking and acting as if they were on drugs. The Dairy Queen did not have their posted time closing at 8 PM, but they had the doors locked and the tables put away.

Horrible, Horrible service. The lady should not have been working there. Tried to give me something I didn't order, and then said she didn't understand what I ordered so gave me the wrong thing without questioning me. I know not to expect superior service at a little DQ, but come on...2 small blizzards our bill was OVER $10 and with that terrible service! Will not be back to this one.

I got a peanut buster parfait for the first time in years (the last few times they would not put enough chocolate & peanuts). I was pleasantly surprised when they handed this well balanced ratio of ice cream to toppings:)PBPs are back

Make sure the food is hot and the full order is in the box! Be considerate of your customers. This is what puts restaurants out of business.

I'm not sure how DQ corporate doesn't step in to correct the issues at this location. We ordered 6 desserts and 3 of them came back wrong. One picture below is a Mint Oreo Blizzard, made poorly and the other is one of the "corrected" desserts (they dumped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups on top because they failed to put them in the Blizzard in the first place). They locked the door behind us at 8PM (hours said they were open until 10PM) and were just not interested in serving customers. Not worth ordering from here.

Women working at the counter was very rude. Never greeted us and looked annoyed that we were even inside. Then proceeded to ring everything up on the register, touch her face, touch her clothes and then grab my cone without washing her hands or putting on gloves. I asked her to put on gloves or wash her hands because her hands were visibly dirty and she got an attitude and told me that she washes her hands all the time. Obviously not. She did wash her hands and (still not wearing gloves) made our cones which she made very undersized. Bad service over all, dirty and left feeling very ripped off. Worst of all, she was training someone. Poor kid was the only one that seemed apologetic in the situation. Will not be going back to this location.
