All I could say was "now that's a burger", very juicy I loved the white sauce and jalapeño concoction they put on it. Each bite was bursting with flavor . The employees were nice and helped me navigate what I wanted I'm also glad we were able to get some cheese on the side cause it was bussin when you dipped the burger in it. It was raining outside but the food truck had a tent you could stand under which was nice, it seemed like the best place to go to for lunch, hangovers or a dinner with friends to catch up with And the burger is worth the $12

The best burgers in town hands down. Coming from someone who traveled all over US, these guys got the perfect balance between beef, bun and other ingredients. Highly recommend.

The best burger in town! I have been waiting for the beachside to get an amazing burger & finally Hardpressed is here. They have it so perfected that i just get the meat & bun .. Their fries with cheese are amazing as well! The guys in the truck hustle back there and are so great. We make a point to go up atleast once a week.

Best burgers hands down! These guys have perfected the smash burger. I’m a vegetarian and so happy they are stocked with Impossible burgers! Yum!! Fries are great too, all the different toppings are fantastic! Plus, I can order a beer (they also have non-alcoholic drinks) from the bar and enjoy it while my order is made. :)Vegetarian options: Impossible burger option and grilled cheese sandwiches!

First, ridiculously priced at over $20 per person for a burger and fries. Was super excited about trying after the reviews but the food was disgusting. No seasoning and in general tasted bad. I ordered the double cheeseburger with no cheese and got a single burger with bacon, onions, and jalapeños. My husband ordered the hard pressed burger and got a double patty with pickles and garlic aioli. I’m unsure how you mess an order up this bad. Plus they don’t have any drinks unless you want beer from the brewery.Additionally, after 20+ years of marriage I can guarantee you that my husband did not state that you were correct in adding jalapeño or onions to anything I would order.

Best burger i’ve ever had. And hands-down the best burger you’ll get in the Jacksonville area, possibly the state of Florida. You are a fool if you have not pop by and had a burger. The cherry on top is the fries are also on the same level as the burger. Get the loaded fries too and it’ll make your day even better. Also, the owners and the Crew are the nicest and most amazing people.

I went today to try out Hard Pressed (food truck) at the beach, because my 5 year old daughter wanted a burger. I know it’s always hit or miss with whether the bread contains egg so I asked the girl taking our order if we can check if their labels. She asked the chef in front of me and he said it does have egg without looking at anything. There was “potato toast” on the sign so I asked if it had egg because I know Martin’s potato bread is safe, but she just said “it’s all the same, chef said it does” with no regard for options. Then she gave this look to the two guys working there as if it was a huge deal asking to check the label for my child who needs to eat too. I didn’t make a fuss. We got our burgers then went to Wendy’s to get a burger for her.I should not have given them our order. The burgers were decent but the people were not. I do not recommend them simply for the lack of courtesy. Also, their patties are thin and dry, their fries were over salted. Checked their Facebook page and discovered they do use Martin’s potato buns which would have been safe for my girl to eat.Parents with kids with allergies eat out, too. The service industry is hard, but remember to be kind and offer options.

WILL BE RETURNING! Service was quick and the SMASH BURGERS were spectacular! Reminded me of the Bad Larry burgs in Austin but slightly bigger, pickles were crunchy too?POTATO BUNS TOO ARE USED??✨ perfect ratio and could’ve had a second one. They also had a bar inside with arcade games, seating, WiFi, work space, and a lounge area! You couldn’t have ask for a more perfect setting. Kid friendly too !

As a mom with a child with an egg allergy, it's frustrating when an establishment acts with disregard and lack of courtesy or compassion to CHECK A LABEL for a customer. I wish we didn't order from them simply because of how rude the cashier and chef were when asked if they can check to see if the potato rolls had egg. Off the cuff you can assume it does but I know Martin's potato rolls is egg free. They didn't bother checking or offering an option for my little girl and we had to find her meal elsewhere after our order. The burgers were decent but the people weren't so they won't get return business. Based on a Facebook post seems like they do use Martin's potato buns which would have been safe for my girl to eat. Parents with kids with allergies eat out, too. The service industry is hard, but remember to be kind and offer options.

Definitely the best burger in Jax - crispy outer layer, yet; incredibly juicy. Simple but not effortless, every ingredient blends sooo well together. Not surprised they use their own blend of fresh ground beef because you can genuinely taste the difference. Im not a vegetarian/vegan but they do have options for that as well!

Hardpressed is my all-time favorite burger in Jacksonville! I love that they pop up all over San Marco and we’re able to support the local places they pop up at!! Now that they have a permanent location out of the beaches, we can get a beer at Ink Factory and have a delicious burger at the same time!!
