We tried Hillbilly Wing Shack and thoroughly enjoyed our evening. We had sweet heat and ranch wings with a salad and spicy fries. Everything was hot and delicious! We were entertained with live music that was great! Service was excellent. The physical building needs some tlc but everything else was outstanding!

Thursday night karaoke did not disappoint. Fried pickles were amazing!! Wings were good if ya like wings. Definitely will go back!! Friendly environment and staff.

This place has the best wings from here to Vermont and the owners (who are brothers) are amazing and take the time to visit and get to know their guest and this place has a great homie and relaxed feeling! Before you go to another wing place give this amazing place a chance. You will NOT regret it!!

By far the best wings we have ever had. Dined here during our trip to Jacksonville beach with our 4 young kids. The food was delicious very simple menu with lots of wing sauces to choose from. Customer service was also amazing! They had kareoke night when we were there and it was nice entertainment during our meal.

We ordered for the first time and did a to-go order. We had wings, fries, chili cheese fries, mozzarella sticks, and jalapeño poppers. Everything was delicious!! It was hot when we picked it up and still warm when we got it home. Definitely recommend! We will order again!

Tasty wings with a niice variety of sauces. Very friendly and attentive service. Fries had a savory seasoning on them without being overly salty.
Tried Hillbilly's for the first time tonight and amazing is all I can say. I got the cajun wings and my husband got the buffalo. He loved that the buffalo sauce soaked in to the wings and the heat of the cajun was enough to cure any stuffy nose. Add in a side of the delicious spicy fries and you have yourself a perfect meal!

So I suck at taking pictures! Sorry.., I just ate a 5 piece for lunch and downed a few beers with fries. The place was empty! What is wrong with you Jax, Atlantic and Neptune Beach? The food was delicious- Hot Garlic! Service was wonderful and the owners are a hoot! Come on my virtual neighbors let's support this business. Locally owned is what the beach is about. Thanks for the delicious lunch. I will be back!! Merry Christmas!!

I'm not sure what I enjoyed more, the food or atmosphere. The wings were huge and perfectly cooked, the Philly was awesome! Great live music and the owner checks on you throughout your meal. Definitely going to be a regular spot for us.
