ive been in florida for two years & never have had a seafood boil so my boyfriend (a native) recommended us going here!! we went on a thursday afternoon, there was a steady flow of customers & the service was amazing!! we had Devin as our server & he was so kind, chill & attentive! our food came out swiftly & was delicious! overall the atmosphere is amazing, very laid back beach bum style, the food was yummy & the service was excellent!! would 100% recommend going here and am 100% coming back!! love it!!

Had stuffed mushrooms. They were undercooked to the point the stuffing wasn't even warm. For the main meal I had the Broiler platter I think it was called. The shrimp were overcooked/ tough. This was my second try at a Joe's crab shack. Both times were disappointing. We sat outside on the deck. The music was so loud it was tough carrying on a conversation. Our waitress did an outstanding job however.

It wasn't amazing but it was bad either. The salmon was a new honey mustard, sweet but tasted a little weird. The asparagus was slightly undercooked, but funny enough, the steak was done really well. Husband said the steak was better than his shrimp, which is funny coming from a fish location. Tried the dips and I liked the crap/shrimp dip but not the spinach/artichoke dip. Husband didn't like either. Probably should have stuck with the coconut shrimp or crab legs because I know I liked those before. There was only one server for our section and she didn't come around very often from no fault of her own. It took a while to be seated and for some reason the place just felt more run down. Maybe it was because it was lunch and not dinnertime. Or because it was directly after a holiday.Not sure when I'll come back, really, the only time we think about the place is when we think of the beach. ⛱️

Walked in around d 2 pm. Not busy at all. 1 other table with folks when we arrived. We were immediately seated with menus. We waited...waited...waited..no waiters came to see us...15 minutes pass...we flag down a waitress whom is helping a table of folks who arrived after us. She said she would check on our waiter....so we waited ...waited...finally asked the young man wiping tables..he immediately went to the back and informed someone whom came out and proceeded to take our order...no apologies given. Our meals came out in a timely manner...appetizer (stuffed mushrooms) were luke warm. Entrees came out...my steak, which I ordered medium, was Rare. I didn't want to wait further so I ate it anyway. The grilled shrimp was fantastic...probably one of the best I have had. Overall wished we hadn't visited there while on vacation.

Very busy. It was a nice Florida day (Floridian here) at about 70°. Everyone wanted to sit outside, so the inside was empty. Five in our party, and we had crab, shrimp, lobster, drinks, calamari, crab and shrimp nachos, and dessert. We stuffed ourselves. Once finished, we were happy there was a wheelchair ramp entrance so we could roll out to the beach to digest our feast in the sun. Great place!Wheelchair accessibility: It's there! They won't allow wheelies, though.

I went there to commemorate a memory of a dear friend. Even though I got there fairly close to closing time, I got excellent customer service. The bartender was very friendly and my food was great. Love crab legs!! It was a wonderful experience and I'm really happy I went

The food not that great, the service not good the place was ok as it was in front of the beach. Employees more concentrated in other things than helping the customers.Waitresses kind of rude. Small portions. For what I paid for my family of 4 I should had expected more. I have been at their Tampa location and it is a lot better. Our waitress never came to our table I had to ask him to come waiting until he would look at me. They were more interested in a football game on TV. A lot of potential for this business but not taken advantage of. I would not come back.
