I thought about going to this place but after seeing all the bad reviews and the pictures of the food. I immediately changed my mind. The pictures of the food look terrible.

First time here date night with my wife. Fantastic! Prices are what the prices are. If you are worried about price go to McDonald's. Service was good. Not great but good. Our server was training so a little lag. She was very helpful and made really good suggestions. Go for the yummy sauce!! Definitely a do again!

We just happened up on this place and were thrilled with what we found. They are just getting started so patience is key. I promise it is so worth it. There were 6 of us and all our dinners were WONDERFUL. The staff was very personable and right on top of things. Give this place a try, I promise you won't be disappointed.

The service was amazing and the food even better! The fried grouper sandwich was beyond delicious and the seafood ocean paradise tower was phenomenal! Our server Rico was very friendly and sweet! A great place to stop for a seafood meal during a beach trip to Jacksonville Beach or even a great place to check out if you're a local! We'll definitely be back!

The sauces are absolutely awesome. That's it though. Expect overpriced seafood in small quantities. The largest boil they offer will have a piece of corn, 3 pieces of peeled sausage like 8 shrimp and 3 crab clusters for $50. If you're like me, the corns going to be expired and the crab will be cold. All in all, go to Joe's Crab Shack or have publix steam seafood for you.

The customer service skills by rico were impeccable and the food was even better!! Rico was very knowledgeable about the different types of foods and everything! We are visiting from South Carolina and this is by far our best experience!

I would give zero stars if I had the option. We walked in at 6:30pm, and left at 9:00pm, after waiting a solid hour and 45 minutes for our party's food even though it was practically dead. And not to mention one of us has serious food allergies that result in anaphylaxis, and her food still came out with some of her allergens. Also it took a solid 30 minutes to get checks sorted, which is absolutely insane. My friend and I will probably miss our flight Saturday morning and its Thursday night...that's how long it's taking. Thank you.
Food was bland and took forever to make it to our table for just a party of two. There were only three tables to be waited on at the time. The waitress was very nice and apologetic, the food just wasn't worth the money or the wait.

We had a terrific dining experience. Our waiter was named Rico. He was very attentive made a great salad and created a wonderful dining experience for us all.we are on vacation from out of state and being a business owner myself i know the value of a great employee The food was great also.

We walked in almost at closing. We were greeted by Nicole. She showed us to our seat and from there she provided the BEST customer service I've experienced in awhile!!! She was still upbeat even after having to deal with a large group of complaining customers. She gave us input on the menu and even some off menu items (rice and yummy sauce ???). We decided on a seafood boil, it was DELICIOUS. The restaurant was super clean, the staff were friendly and accommodating. 5 stars for sure!

My wife and I came here and the entire restaurant was empty. We are super suspicious and read reviews. However, it was an absolute delight. We were quickly seated, got our drinks and food super fast. The sea food boil with the Big Bang sauce is AMAZING!! We literally got some to go. Definitely a must try. Also the waitress was so nice and quick for anything we needed.
