Food was great. Service was spot on. Employees were very attentive and nice. We sat in a booth in the bar area, and couldn't see out of the windows. Either they were filthy, or they are double pane, and moisture has gotten in. Hard to take my eyes off of it.

When I arrived there was 3 tables in the restaurant and it took 10 minutes to be greeted, and then another 10 just to get my soda. After waiting 30 minutes for our appetizer we were told there was a problem with the fryer. Our server Jayda was almost non existent. All of the other tables were having to ask the host for things or to find the server. When I gave her my card it took almost another 10 minutes to get it back and it was brought to me by the host without a pen. Some of the worst service I’ve received, never once did I see a manager trying to help anyone.

We went out here for a Sunday dinner with my family. I will define my service rating by my waitress and hostess. The good: The hostess was quick to great us with a friendly smile. The waitress, Kim, was cheerful, kind, and attentive. She gave great food and drink recommendations, and she picked up the balls dropped by the hostess and food servers. The food was served hot and together. The steaks were cooked perfectly and all sides were prepared accurately as ordered.The bad: The table wasn't set and when we asked for silverware (after the bread was dropped off) the hostess just sat a pile of it on the end of the table, like this was a serve yourself joint. The drinks and food were brought out by server assistants who simply drop the items off and leave. They also reach over patrons to set food, versus moving around the table. The floor was a mess and I saw why. As the bussers "cleaned" the tables, they brushed food and trash on the floor and left it there. No one wants to walk through mashed potatoes before getting in their car. And by "clean", I mean use the same rag to wipe down 6 tables and seats in a row.Overall, the food and waitress redeemed the establishment. But missing that, I'd take my money elsewhere.

Went in Friday at 3:30. Only a few other tables sat in the entire restaurant. Waited a little over 10 minutes for a server to no avail. Decided to try the bar, which was also empty. Didn't see any semblance of a bartender, so we decided to leave.
Went lunchtime Monday 2/19/2024. Absolutely little to no service. Our party of 4 left and went to Chili’s next door after no service and gal complaining about having to do everything (shorthanded?). No greeting when we arrived for five minutes, no-one at station. Total negative feel so we moved on - figured it wasn’t going to turn out good.

Kim was an amazing server and made our lunch absolutely enjoyable!! She has amazing energy and is a great conversationalist, and took it from just a meal to a fun and wonderful experience!! Will be coming back and ask for her, she deserved a great tip and anyone who has been served by her would agree! 11/10 service!

Had not been Outback in several years and was giving it a try with my 93 year old mother- she fell and they were amazing in helping her and assisting her up - Darian and the entire staff was compassionate and kind and we ended up having a wonderful dinnerThe young boy who helped my mother after her fall refused a tip for helping her - we are so grateful she was fine and it was a fun experienceShout out to Manager Ryan Newman !! And entire staff
