With just four tables indoors, the service was exceptional, and we were enveloped in a sense of exclusivity. For those unable to wait for a table, the pace at which they fulfilled takeout orders was impressive. ?I opted for the Khao Soi curry soup with chicken, which featured subtle notes of lemongrass and a delightful kick of spice, making it the star of the meal. The fried chicken Gyoza boasted a flawless crispy exterior and a dough with a pleasingly soft, chewy texture. It was an all-around fantastic experience, and I'm eagerly anticipating my next visit. ?

I only recommend soup here. The service is really bad here, especially the new girl at front, she just acts dumb and stupid, I don’t know what’s going on, the owner needs proper training for employees.

We ate lunch at this cute little Thai restaurant during our visit to Jacksonville. The food was excellent, though we had to ask for more spice (chili flakes and Sriracha). We asked for level 2 spice, and it was pretty tame from a heat perspective. Though, the people next to us also asked for 2 but were complaining that it was too hot! So, if you are not sure, go low and then ask for spice options. We had the dumplings (which were not yet on the menu), drunken noodles, and pork kra pow.The dishes were all delicious and were good portions (we took some of the noodles home).Definitely recommend!Parking: They have one dedicated parking spot directly in front of the restaurant. Otherwise, there are spots in the rest of the strip mall.

The first time I got food to go, it was fantastic but today, it was very disappointing. The chicken tastes like heated up left overs. For $15 per dish, I should get freshly cooked food. The yellow curry itself was delicious but too much of it and not enough rice makes you have to eat it like soup. ? it’s a shame because I really liked them the first time. Maybe they changed owners? Or cooks?

I was visiting Jacksonville and discussing food with my Granny. I found out she had never had Thai before. Pinto was nearby and I decided to take her. Pinto is a very small place tucked into a strip mall. I honestly did not expect much based off the outside. Thankfully, I was blown away! With some guidance from me and based on her preferences, my Granny ordered a Pad Thai special that had fried chicken. I told her it typically doesn't come with fried chicken, but the rest of it was what to expect with future orders of Pad Thai. She also discovered that she likes bean sprouts! I ordered the Pra Ram (Thai Peanut Sauce). It was perfect. Exactly what I wanted. It had a thick, peanuty sauce. The chicken was delicious. It came with broccoli and a side of white rice. I kept eating well past being full because it was so good. The portions were huge too. We took some home. My only complaint is that some of the prices were high. I wanted to have her to try the Roti too (especially since she has never had curry), but not for an extra $8.50. We also had amazing service. Our waiter was attentive and kind. He explained the different heat levels to my Granny. We did not have to wait long for anything. Overall, it was a great experience. I would take her here again in the future.

Pinto Thai used to be 5 star. We have taken away food at least a dozen times or more last year. Since the original chef left to pursue other interests, the food is hit or miss. Tonight the Tom Kha (minus the chicken) and Lumpia were delicious, but the two main dishes were awful — too awful to eat. The cashew chicken was over spiced and inedible; we could tell by the color of the food and specs of spice in the dish before we even tasted it). Also, there were more carrots than the actual (very dried out) chicken. The grilled steak did not resemble the photo and the flavors were unbalanced. So disappointing. After a less than stellar meal a few months back, we have chatted with the staff and he asked us to try again. We did and it was better, but not the food of the last chef. After frequenting otherThai restaurants, tonight we tried again. Tonight was our third try and it was not a charm. Unless Pinto Thai gets a new chef, we will find another go to Thai restaurant.

This gem at the Jax Beaches serves amazing Khao Soi. I would recommend this dish to others. I definitely plan on returning here to try more items on the menu. The place is small, but the service and atmosphere are wonderful.

This place has been closed every time I try and go. And it's always been during buisness hours. Is it even in buisness?

Small , clean restaurant. Very good food, and customer satisfaction , only complaint is the portion sizing compared to the price.
