Ordered Cajun and buffalo wings with stuffed crust pizza. I guess I assumed I’d get some kind of dipping sauce for wings since none was recommended or offered. buffalo wings were poorly tossed. Cajun may have been no flavor wings idk didn’t taste anything remotely to Cajun. Lil ceasers out pizza the hut on this one. Not one slice was cut through. Every slice grabbed was halfed due to pizza not being cut good enough.

Horrible experience here today. The Manager with red hair… didnt catch his name sadly. He had the worst attitude. He was rude when asked simple questions and left my family as well as few others upset. I will not return as long as he is working at this location. Its sad when someone cant treat you with bare minimum kindness, he shouldnt be in charge of any store

Of the main franchise pizza franchise Trifecta (since I was a kid loving Pizza Inn) - Domino's, Papa John's, & Pizza Hut - Pizza Hut pan Pizza has been my fave. I've bren patronizing them for 30 years@ BUT MY WORD the management at my local PH - w/ GM Tori Lahman is utterly atrocious. Previously, If my order is wrong I contact the restaurant to simply bring the issue to their attention. We're talking bungled untouched WRONG OR UNSATISFACTORY orders- Not "Hey its 30 minutes late:...or "I live a block away & it's cold" - we're talking burnt Big New Yorkers, old cold wings that aren't actually wings but wing pieces w/ no chosen flavor/sauce, etc. And Tori Lahman was basically like "eff you" click & hangs up. I tried unsuccessfully to replace a wrong order that arrived botched but was delivered after, or close to closing time & was unable to reach the restaurant by phone immediately, so I sent corporate feedback & per their instructions contacted the store to bring it to their attention offering to bring the untouched horrible wrong order back, to offer them the opportunity to correct & replace the untouched food for the correct . I may have cut some random cashier or cook some slack w/ a simple acknowledgement for insure myself & other payinh patrons would have a better experience next visit. This Egregious excuse for a GM was a level of rude that was utterly reprehenible! I offered to send a pic & bring the food back. So make sure if you have an issue & prefer to not be yelled at or hung out on mitiple times you don't go to Pizza Hut Jax Beach..Domino's has excellent service!

Everything was on point ?Update - Went back - picked up pizza and some boneless wings and breadsticks - perfect- hot and ready to go when I got there- I'm still wondering why this isn't in the top 5 list on Yelp when I search for "Best Food in Jacksonville Beach"

Ordered a late night extra cheese pie on 6/15 and the pizza came out perfectly. Customer service was great. A lot of times extra cheese is ignored and a waste of money but not at this location. Just leaving a review since I feel like a lot of times “fast food” type places don’t get credit due. Hopefully the employees from this shift get some recognition.

Delivery was dropped off at the wrong location and I was never called by the delivery person. The desk manager of the location it showed up at called, because I wasn't a guest at that hotel and my number was on the receipt. Pizza was not cooked all the way and it took over an hour to get my pizza.
