The woman working the drive thru was very aggressive and made my family feel like we were at a NASCAR pit stop. There was no one else in drive thru or inside. Constantly asking is that all… she asked us at least 3 times.

not trying to be an annoying hater but for a drive thru service only place it’s not that hard to show a little kindness during the small interactions you have with people. i asked a simple question and was given attitude in response. the kids here could use some customer service training.

I came to the new 3rd street location smoothie king when it first opened a few months back. They had some of the best customer service which made me want to go back. I just went and got a smoothie and the guy taking my order was so unpleasant. No customer service and sounded like he hated his job. Def killed the vibe but the smoothie was still good

Semi-long line that went super fast!! Order process is easy and quick. I love that the drinks are gf and fully customizable!! I go for the pina colada, add tart cherries and zero sugar. Yum times a million!! You do not need sugar, the fruit is ripe and delicious. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and very grateful for a tip. Please tip those who prep your food! This isn't a quickie mart slurpee this is made to order Smoothie King deliciousness! Drop your unhealthy snack and head over for a mouthwatering, life changing (ok maybe not that part) fresh made smoothie--you can thank me later.

If heaven existed on earth then it would be this smoothie king. The staff was so helpful and friendly, the suggestions they gave took my smoothie from a basic level to a platinum. Prices were fair but the smiles were better! Enthusiasm felt from the staff they suggested various menu options to me to fit my diverse pallet were second to none. 10 out of 10 would come back again and again! Fran was a phenomenon her glowing personality made this a must come again location

I rode my bicycle 6.5 miles to this Smoothie King. It is drive through only, I pulled up to the drive through on my bike and nobody would speak to me for about 5 minutes, I even waited for the car in front of me to get their smoothies and pull away. I saw somebody from inside look out at me with a disgusted look... So I pulled up to the side window outside of their store and stood there for about 10 minutes... still nobody acknowledged me, dare I say they were ignoring me on purpose (as I left the drive through the car behind me was immediately greeted and served). I pull back to the drive through and yet again wait for the car in front of me to get their smoothies and I sit there for about another 5 minutes, talking into the speaker knowing it gets their attention. Then no one still responded so I just pulled up to the drive through window and these poor little girls were shaking so bad. I do not understand why I just wanted to order my gladiator that I order almost every single other day. This single experience has made me decide to never ever touch another smoothie from here. I do not appreciate at all how I was treated today, I felt like the grocery bag in the parking lot!

Love Smoothie King, I'm a frequent flyer at my home location in South Carolina weekly. This location in Jacksonville FL totally messed this up...smoothies have a thicker consistency, my Caribbean Way smoothie had a watery taste.Very disappointed, I had to put in freezer to get the texture desired. Wasted time and money.Spent approx $7.50 for a 32ozI will not visit this location again. Staff needs training, horrible, unprofessional.
