Don't go inside, they prioritize the drive thru.

Nice, spacious, and clean cafe. Lots of tables and they have a drive through too. The usual wait for your order but not ridiculously so. Friendly staff. Clean bathroom.

People there are nice in the drive thru. However, the last 4 or 5 visits in a row they completely forget to add syrup to my iced coffee. It's clear on the cup so I'm not sure why that part is ALWAYS forgotten. Baristas making the drinks really need to begin reading instructions on the cups it's too easy to even miss.

What I enjoy about Starbucks is the fact that no matter which Starbucks you go to your drink is going to be made the same and it's always perfect. I love the consistency. And I love that this is three blocks from my house.

A nice starbucks, but I know that you have to at least be able to read to get a job. Let’s learn to read ticket modifications on mobile orders ?

First, sorry for my english, we went to this Starbucks with my husband, I’ve ordered only an iced matcha with water, nothing else, because I know matcha is only green tea leaf powder, and it doesn’t have sugar, at first, I felt a soft sugary taste, and then I start to feel weird, a little bit dizzy, and I asked to the worker about the ingredients on the powder, she told me that Starbucks matcha powder does have sugar in it, and I was very shocked because they do not advertised that, I was in a 17 hours fasting and the first thing I’ve tried was this sugary drink, I’m a hypoglucemic, and is not funny, you know? Right now I’m having a huge peack of glucose and insulin in my bloodstream. If Starbucks wants to adulterate noble ingredients like matcha thats fine but they have to advertise it in their coffee shops, I definitely not going to return. (Emma, second manager, was very nice and the stuff, obviously it’s Starbucks fault).

The tall young gentleman, Jockamo, showed top level customer service. He is going places. It was genuine and much appreciated!

A Simple cup of coffee was beyond the person at the counters ability. Worst Starbucks experience I've ever

I revisited this Starbucks location today, and it was a far cry from my previous positive encounter. Unfortunately, I have to lower my rating based on the issues I encountered during this visit.Service: I entered the store and waited patiently at the register for someone to take my order. It took about two minutes for one of the workers, an older woman, to finally acknowledge my presence. It felt like they didn't pay attention to customers, and I was left standing there, unsure if I had been seen.Order Issues: I ordered my usual Caramel Macchiato with Oatmilk and a Buttered Croissant, only to be told they had run out of the croissants. The worker suggested an apple-filled croissant from their seasonal items, but then she came back to inform me they had run out of that too. I ended up settling for a simple bagel with butter.Payment Confusion: To make matters worse, I attempted to use a $4 Starbucks gift card I received as a recovery gesture during my last visit. However, the worker told me there was no money on the card, which left me puzzled and frustrated. I explained that it should have had $4 on it, as it was given to me by a barista during my last visit as compensation for the wait. While the worker eventually honored the $4 discount, the whole situation felt odd and uncomfortable.Overall, my experience this morning left me disappointed, and it's unlikely I will return to this Starbucks location in the future. The service was slow and inattentive, and the payment issue was an unnecessary hassle. I hope this feedback will prompt improvements in their customer service and consistency.

They did a great job of making my mocha.

The mocha latte made my husband and me feel ill. I read the likely culprit is a Kay-5 Sanitizer Wash Keg being actively used, left from cleaning the lines, or two liters of the coffee not being ran after a cleaning cycle, like a "seasoned shot" sort. The soap made us feel very sick. Avoid this location.

Sandwich was dry and bland coffee was terrible but that's just the normal Starbucks. The staff was nice but that's all that was good.
