Literally the worst experience I've had in a minute at a restaurant/bar. The bartender was high as a kite, charged us twice when we closed out and I had to dispute the charge on my card. He didn't bring out what we ordered while also blasting obscene music. Had a slew of people going behind the bar, the bartender actually left for a minute to go outside and smoke. Will not go again, at one point I was yelling to my partner to close out over the lyrics "fuck her in the pussy". I wish I was making this up.

I have been going to this establishment for years. I have several photos with friends in my phone.Today, March 17, 2024 I went In to have a few drinks with friends. I was met by a younger bartender whom took the liberty to charge me $50 dollars for 1 bottle of champagne and I believe 8 or so ‘chambongs’. Important to note- I’ve bee going to this place since I was old enough to drink.. at least 5 years.I have NEVER been charged $50 dollars for 1 bottle of champagne in my time going to this establishment. Furthermore, I NEVER complain about a bill. Typically, I’ll pay anything. I know for a fact I’ve never paid $50 dollars for 1 bottle of champagne at this location. If that were the case, I’d never return.I even showed the bartender that my tab is $28 dollars plus tip. I went to bank transactions with her to show her, even still.. she did not care that her patron was concerned. After a polite back and forth, she offered to ban me from this establishment (again one I’ve been going to for 5+ years).By far the WORST experience I’ve had at this establishment. The Wine Bar has lost a customer that at one point looked forward to going. I enjoyed taking my friends and even showing new friends this place. Now, I’ll never do this due to this terrible experience.

Friday night nice chill atmosphere, place was filled with boomers “$$” had some great conversations at the bar.Knowledge young lady behind the bar provided great wine recommendations.Went back Saturday night whole different atmosphere place was filled with Gen Z & 50 cent blaring couldn’t have a conversation.Bought a bottle of Red wine that we liked from previous night & went back to room to enjoy while watching lightning show & listening to Sirius Xm.Just depends on what your into I guess

Cigar bar? Rude white trash bartender. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

This place is advertised as a wine and cigar bar however there were barely any cigars and it was a joke! Wasn’t sure if I was at a day care or bar either because there was a 4 year old bellied up at the bar too. Crazy! Only saving grace was the cool bartender and she played great music! Go to Island Girl in Neptune beach if you want a try experience and good cigar!

This place grows on you. The more wine I had the better I liked it. Upon entering The Wine Bar it looked like a cross between trying to look cozy & a local beer joint The Wine Bar does not lack in various types of seating. When you walk in there are some stuffed chairs arranged in a group, some high tops & a nice large semi circle bar. Towards the back there is another area with a piano & some more club chairs and a couch. My friend & I opted to sit at the bar as we arrived @ happy hour time & wanted to take advantage. Upon questioning the bartender about happy hour he told us Wednesday nights are $6. House wines. I ordered the house Pinot Noir & my friend ordered the Zinfandel. My wine was perfectly fine for a house wine & I stuck to the Pinot. My friend knowing Zinfandel is very sweet wasn't too thrilled with her wine and switched to the Pinot Noir which she liked much better. There is a menu of wines some pretty decent by the bottle and by the glass as well. We asked to see a food menu which included various cheeses one being interesting lavender goat cheese. but apparently they were all out of it. We opted for the pretzel. The bartender told us it would take a while because it was frozen, no problem for us as we were enjoying our conversation. When the pretzel did come out It was hot and served with a side of mustard and a side of cheese sauce. the cheese sauce made the pretzel in my opinion. The bartender told us no one ever orders the pretzel. we were very surprised by that as I ordered pretzels everywhere I go. This is a local place where everyone seems to know each other, sort of a Cheers. I would return especially on Wednesday nights with some friends to take advantage of the all night special.

Recommended to me by my brother. Went there after an engagement dinner with family. This place is small but vibrant. We sat playing jenga while drinking cheap but delicious wine and beer. Everyone there seemed like they knew each other. They were all so friendly, there was really good live music. All around had a great time and will be back again.Wheelchair accessibility: Small place but it can fit a wheelchair pretty easily.

Great find for some tasty wine. They had a group doing painting with a twist or something that looked fun. Wine choices were decent and the staff and ambience were amazing. Would return again! Wednesday night is ladies night Parking: About 10 shared spot in front of the building.
