This is a wonderful place. Very welcoming and enjoyable. The events they host are excellent and fun. The staff are tremendous! I can’t wait for their new location in Springfield to open!

I enjoy this place my granddaughter took me to brunch and the atmosphere was amazing. The only downside no parking and small places. But I see that places like this with great food and good atmosphere that happens. I will be returning.❤️

I arrived Saturday, 3/23, went in about 10:25am for a table for 2. Was told I couldn't be seated until all parties arrives. Went outside, my friend arrived about 10:35am, we went in and requested a table for 2, was then told there was a 20min wait. Mind you, the overflow section was roped off, no one was in that section. My friend and I left, I'll never returned. I had bragged about this place for a month, only to be treated in such a terrible manner.

Very disappointed tried to call in an order and was told we’d have to place it in store.. which is fine and we drove 40 mins there to be told they aren’t doing takeout orders. If that’s the case put it on the website or don’t have the workers tell people they can place their order in house. Just wasted a lot of our time!

Didn’t even eat. We left before things could get any worse. The server was clearly under the influence of some drug/substance. He couldn’t give the details of any of the dishes, kept joking about his mind be elsewhere , messed up our drink orders, and then the straw that broke the camels back….he goes to get pen and paper to take our order, and he returns and gives the pen to my dad. We stare at the waiter for a second, and then he goes “oops I forgot the pen was for me, and then looked at the pen as if he never used one before” it was a very sad experience and I hope the young man gets help. We paid for the orange juice and left.

Definitely not worth the hype. Was disappointed by our experience after hearing so many good reviews. The portions are definitely small, my platter came with a small bowl of watery grits, 2 PIECES OF BACON, and 2 PIECES OF FRENCH TOAST (1 piece of bread technically!), with some eggs. And an additional 2 pieces of bacon is $4. Overpriced and overhyped the good thing was the atmosphere as it was cute inside. Service was lack luster and we had to beg our waiter for everything. The bottomless mimosas are more juice just than champagne and aren’t tastymine didn’t even come in a nice wine flute, just a plastic tumbler. Won’t be back.

Beautiful, fun, and welcoming place. The staff is hardworking, fun entertainment and food is awesome. Great place, very upscale, and a nice, much needed addition to the Jacksonville community!

Finally trying this place out. We ordered a medium size platter. Everything was good. The French toast was my favorite. The Biscuits and gravy was a close 2nd but they don't give enough gravy for 2 huge biscuits. The chicken and waffle was disappointing. The waffle itself was good but the ONE chicken tender was really small and overly salty. Bloody Mary was perfection. They seemed to be understaffed. Our server was all over the place and it took several asks to get a menu and water. I'll definitely return and hope the service was just off for the day.

My experience might just be me picking the wrong things but overall pretty disappointed on my trip to Tulua after reading so many amazing reviews. I wanted an iced coffee and they only had flavored iced coffee so I chose vanilla thinking it'd be a faint flavoring, but it ended up being so sweet that I could barely choke it down. For food, I got the godzilla omelette which for $18 was made of pretty poor quality ingredients and soggy with grease. I just would've expected much better. My friend got the wake n bake sandwich which he said was very good but that's only a special so not always on the menu. Didn't love the harsh lighting inside either, just didn't feel like a cozy place to eat. Our server was super nice though, but I do wish food and atmosphere were better.

Fantastic spot for brunch. Food is fantastic; the breakfast charcuterie is awesome. Drinks are spot-on, whether it be coffees or boozy. Service is always perfect, even when busy.
