13 Gypsies is an absolute gem! Everything we’ve ordered has been a treat for the tastebuds, absolutely delicious! Like, surprisingly delicious. The cabbage is my personal favorite. The dishes are small and you’ll need to order a few to fill up on, so plan accordingly if you’re on a budget. However it’s well worth the cost.We are vegetarian and there are plenty of options to choose from. A couple other reviews have talked about being disappointed by portion size and price, but I think that comes down to expectations. Also, make a reservation - they have a small dining area and can only accommodate so many parties at time.Very friendly waitress who goes out of her way to create a pleasant experience. She’s attentive, prompt, helpful with selections, while giving you space to enjoy your company and food.Dress code is whatever you want it to be - whether you’re going to/coming from a dressy event or just want to enjoy a great meal in shorts and a t-shirt, 13 gypsies is here for you!Even after moving to Georgia, we still make trips to Jacksonville for a dinner date.I hope you enjoy them as much as we do!

Here’s a thought. Don’t come here if you hate the taste of amazing food, or want to spend $5 on a Happy Meal. Plan to spend some money, but know you’re going to LOVE pretty much every plate that comes across the table. All of the cheap people can fly a kite. Place is bonkers with food options and packed every night. Get a Rezy and try this place ASAP.

10 of 10 for what it is. This is a small place, serves small plates for tastings. It is not a “go to dinner place” it is a tapas joint that knocks your socks right off. I prefer to view negative reviews before I go to a place, and all the negative reviews had a recurring theme, they expected a meal to be served to everyone at a particular time. This is not the place for that, this place is for enjoying wine, eclectic food & conversation ast they bring the goods. We had a party of 3, with drinks and it was $135. I was impressed by each dish served, it was a small quiet place serving specialty items. Worth the money and vibe. Everyone who rates this place low did not understand where they were going. With that they shouldn't degrade the experience. 10, take two hours, order anything and it will be awesome. We will return.

Greetings, I've contacted the restaurant several times to discuss bringing my group to this venue. Today, I spoke with Tiffany and was given very different information than I was given previously, to the point that she implied I was a liar. She also said I was mean, rude and did not want my business or the group's business. I will post this in all of my reviews and I thought I should share the information. Jacksonville restaurants can get repetitive and basic. 13 gypsies bucks the trend. Unique space, exclusive (make a resy-max 4 ppl), and everything feels like it was cooked just for you. The menu ranges through a wide variety of cuisines and it's prepared perfectly. Great for date night. We always bring visitors here and everyone has loved it.

Beautiful tapas, everything made from scratch... so delicious! We tried a wide selection and every plate was incredible. Wanted to lick the plates! Such a fun eclectic interior and the sangrias were divine!

The 3 leche cake is something special and a must try. The rest of the menu Is a wonderful exploration of flavors and textures for any foodie. The atmosphere is great and the servers are all very experienced. I highly recommend 13 Gypsies.

This place is a true gem. We're from out of town and found it in OT. The tapas were innovative and delicious. The atmosphere is quaint and friendly. Be sure to make a reservation. The restaurant has only a few tables and I suspect fills up fast. So happy we discovered it.

Little bits of good food spread out over time give time for good conversation in a European Old World atmosphere with a decent bottle of wine.
