1st time customer, falafel was good but this burger was a joke! Had to order on a kiosk and the guy who was calling out order numbers was practically whispering, plus the kiosk charged me a 3 dollar tip, ... Customer service needs work !!
The food was fair. I compare pricing to brick and mortar restaurants and unfortunately this doesnt stack up to Epic Burger or M Shack for pricing of 11-15$ a sandwich. They should price closer to five guys and even then you get more bang for your buck. The kids sliders and you get 1 were about the size of a Hawaiian roll.
