Got recommended to come here by a friend and it definitely lived up to the hype! There was only one worker working at the time we came in (was informed their counterpart was on break) but he managed to do a pretty good job going solo! The food was delicious but admittedly seemed a bit overpriced. The portion sizes were great though so really only a minor complaint. Definitely will stay on our radar for future dates:)

Overrated!. I will not focus on the fact that they did not have bananas to serve at their 'waffle place', and that customers had to replace it with other fruits. Things happen! Serving fresh food does not mean to be cut-off from having the necessary tools & equipment to make/serve each order at once. What I believe is that you are either fully ready or you close for unforeseen circumstances, that is, if you are professional & take your business seriously. The portions of both dishes (mine & my partner's) were small & suitable for kids not adults. Though each plate was a bit pricy (around 12 USD without taxes). Order comes in parts, first drinks then my plate, while my partner had to wait for his. I had to start & almost finished before his dish arrived as the icecream in my plate started to melt. It was awkward as part of enjoying your order is to eat with your drink, and at the same time other people accompanying you are eating as well. Please guys, stop serving/delivering orders in installments, it just does not work. Of course, chocolate came later after I pointed out that there was sth missing in my order. This showed me how much the staff were unprepared. Staff is nice & polite but this is insufficient when running a business. Also you need to be less defensive when responding to reviews as they come from somewhere that you can work on. The only thing that made it up for me is sitting outside in the sun & seeing the ducks, one of them was nesting, so adorable!. However, Sorry guys, I would not come back again! But always will wish you all the best of luck.

They had me at boba tea. The fact that there's waffles and ice cream (and even chicken and waffles) is just icing on the cake. Plus, this place is part of a shopping plaza with other tasty eateries, and they share an outdoor patio in the back, which is nice to sit out on and eat and play games.

This is the 2nd time to Aloha Waffle Bar. Be warned, the service is molasses slow. Do not go to this establishment if you need to be anywhere for a long while. Went for Breakfast and there were about 3 other parties sitting at tables. After asking several times about our food, 40 minutes later they had not even started our 2 bacon egg and cheese waffle breakfast!!!... Oh and by the way, if you want coffee, no drip coffee, no real milk or half and half and no real sugar... only chemical substitutes. Do yourself a favor. Find another place. I wanted to give it another chance after the first time bad experience. The second time was worse. Stay away.
