Sat at the bar, the atmosphere was great and the food fine but customer service was beyond lacking. Had to ask for plates for the advertisers, no straws for the drinks and finished meal with advertiser dishes still in my way. Did not enjoy because of lack of service.

Great service y tiene comida deliciosa! The place has excellent guacamole and chicken fajitas. Its at a great location on riverside and a great date spot.

Well the service was completely clownish. Initially no one seemed to acknowledge us up front. But once seated, the waiter took our order. The back waiter brought our food, but we had to ask several times for utensils after the food was delivered and sitting there. It took a while. The restaurant seemed understaffed, definitely very chaotic. The waiter never checked up after ordering. We wanted hot sauce, the food was kind of bland, so again we asked the back waiter, who then told the front waiter to see us. We were half way through dinner at that point.Food was ok but had NO flavor.Ordered Flan to go, and the server appeared to have forgotten to put in the order so we ended up waiting a while. When we requested the check, we noticed we were overcharged for guacamole dip, again had to get someone to get the waiter over to correct the bill.Really not what we were expecting.Would not return.Much better options in Riverside.

Chips, salsa, and queso were tasty. Ordered shrimp burrito ..it was huge!! (That's what she said ?) Ordered the Mexican corn. Both dishes were delicious. Our server Sacha was kind and attentive. Definitely will be back!

Overall the food was really good but we had issues with how spicy some of the items were. Specifically the Queso. My girlfriend ordered Nachos (without jalapenos) and the queso made the meal too hot for her to enjoy. A similar issue happened with the queso and one of our kids who dumped it on their meal and then couldn't eat it. Considering most queso isn't really spicy I feel like adding a disclaimer might be helpful to first time diners. The Piña Colada we ordered was exceptional. I ordered the Birria Burrito and it was enormous and delicious. I almost finished the entire meal. The kids meals were very basic and one of our kids refused to eat his chicken fingers which were dry and over cooked.

Chimichanga was tasteless, a bit spicy but no taste. Service was OK, but could be improved.

The food and drinks are okay, a bit lack luster and the margarita was too sweet. But my biggest point of frustration is the customer service. While dining the service was very slow.I came for a work lunch and left my Jean jacket. I called (they confirmed they have my jacket) I unfortunately had already left town. I asked if I could pay someone for shipping plus give the extra money for the inconvenience to send me my jacket. I was told they couldn’t do that and I had to find someone to pick it up. Okay fair enough they are not in the shipping business. So I do just that, I try to see if any friends will be in the area.Well my friend will be driving through Jacksonville tomorrow so I call back and now they don’t have my jacket. I said to the girl on the phone “are you sure? I confirmed it was there before”. To be honest I felt like she just wanted to get me off the phone as soon as possible (which is how I felt with the first guy who told me they have it but I need to get someone to pick it up). It’s frustrating to be told I need to find someone to pick it up and then be told that the jacket is gone. Maybe it was just miscommunication or maybe one of the employees just really liked my jacket and figured I wouldn’t find someone to get it.Either way their service after the fact was about the same as during the meal…. Slow, inattentive, and you feel like they just want you to go away as soon as possible so they can move on to the next paying customer.

Best margaritas in Jax! Food is amazing and the servers are very nice and check on you just enough to where you can enjoy your time, but still be serviced accordingly. 10/10

Everything was fantastic from chips and salsa to very strong and delicious margaritas. Probably the best Mexican restaurant I’ve ever been to.
