I received help from the very nice counter staff to complete my on-line order. My plan was to order the BOGO sandwich special that must be ordered on-line. When the order was complete it rang up 3 sandwiches. They voided this order and would not allow me to purchase the 2 sandwiches at the on-line price. I couldn't believe this because they were the ones who helped me place the order. All the manager had to do was honor the BOGO sandwich price. Instead, she relayed a message via the poor counter associate that it was not possible. Poor customer service skills! What a disappointment when it should have been a no brainer or very easy fix.

I usually go here because it's close to my house and I am never disappointed the food is good. The staff is also really friendly I would recommend this location to anyone it has been my go to. I also appreciate the kind messages the staff left me.

Food was good for a fast food place and the staff were very friendly. But the restaurant was disgusting the drink and sauce station was extremely dirty the only area that was clean was the small window section where a worker was taking a break.Vegetarian options: No vegetarian options at all from what I could tellParking: Average parking for a fast food place, didn't have any issue finding a parking spot.

Don't know what they did but the food is different. They changed the bread they used for the sliders to some dollar store butter bread. It's genuinely noticeable for having a bad taste. It's so much sweeter now that it ruins the sandwiches. It didn't help that they also stopped using cardboard to hold the sandwiches. Now 9/10 times I get a soggy crushed sandwich.I honestly liked the place for a long time but the changes are noticeable. Also the French dip is good but don't get it here. They let the au jus sauce that comes with it sit for so long. I've actually gotten it cold before. I swear merril Road is a magnet for lower end variations of fast food.
