Please update hours every time I come to this location it is closed at 3pm and even when you come before 3 they are always out of items.

Honestly I'm a truck driver and I started to come here to this pilot because they have an auntie annes. However no matter when I come this place is never open. What a waste of a business. Why even have a store in this pilot if it's never open. I always ask the staff inside pilot and they tell me the same thing it's hardly ever open and the girlWho staffs it leaves early. Auntie Anne's is one of my favorite pretzel joints and yet I can never give them my money. If ur looking for a pretzel go somewhere else.

This was our 3rd time trying to get breakfast buffet since we moved close to this location! The first 2 times we were there almost 2 hours before breakfast was due to end and there was no breakfast left or being cooked to fill the buffet. This morning I was there before 9 and the food was already being replaced with lunch and the staff besides the cashier was very unfriendly. Really would like to know why the breakfast isn't replaced after 8 or 815 and lunch is put out ?

DO NOT STOP AT THIS PIILOT!! Disgusting, very dirty especially the bathrooms. It looks like they haven't been touched for a long time. Poor management for this location. I wouldn't even give it a star!!!

The employee was the rudest I've ever encountered at an airport. The food was also a complete waste of money. I ordered a sandwich because apparently at 8am they don't sell pretzels (so be it) but it was hard as a rock. I took one bite and threw it out. I'd imagine they have a nice employee or two but I wouldn't even chance the visit as a traveler because you'll just risk starting your trip off poorly. 1 Star was still too high.

The lady at the counter was extremely rude. Eating something and didn't wash her hands before turning to my husband and saying are going to order something with us or not. He had not seen her eat something without wash her hands and serving him. I wouldn't eat from there. The other server was so embarrassed and trying to apologize for her we'll she was eating away. Wow she must not have food handlers card ?

Greatest most courteous staff I've encountered. I enjoy your preferred parking program because my schedule is very erratic. It's main flaw is that drivers park in the spaces that are already paid for. After a long day, it's frustrating to wait as the staff is forced to go out into the night, track down the ILLEGALLY parked vehicle, awaken a rude and ignorant driver and ask him to move to a legal parking spot. I can understand how frustrating it could be for your team members and on several occasions lately it has taken quite a bit of time from my precious 10hour break. Tonight Tealle bravely and most joyfully was able to accomplish the feat in only a few moments. As the ILLEGALLY parked diver came out of his truck and confronted her, she remained most courteous and in control of the situation. The j*** was clearly larger than her, flailing his arms and pointing madly about. I salute her professionalism. At the risk of telling you how to run your business, surely you could come up with a solution or way to avoid putting your team members in such a position. Clearly Teallle's teammates were forced to cover her absence. They also were very courteous to me and the cleanliness of your store is a reflection upon their work ethic and the pride they take in their employment here. A world class facility

Rock hard pretzel bites. Would not even move when pinched between my fingers. they crunched in my mouth. We all know that is not right.I asked for a large pretzel bites and the girl proceeded to combine the two smaller cups of pre made bites together to create the large. I can only assume those cups have been sitting under the light for days.
