Waited in line 15 minutes to order because the app has the wrong closing time. After waiting I ordered a regular pretzel so I could use my reward. They told me they were out, so I said pretzel bites were fine. They added up my order then could not scan my reward. They said it was for a small pretzel nugget, I said that was fine and they said they were out of small pretzel nuggets, but not regular size. I am not going to stand in line and argue that doesn't make sense and the difference is $.50 so just charge me $.50 and ring it up as a small. Seems like this location may be attempting to not process rewards or trains their employees poorly.

The reviews speak for themselves! I waited in line for over 20 minutes. Once I had already ordered they informed me their chip reader or swipe function didn’t work to pay. My card does not have the tap function. I only had a certain amount of cash to purchase half of the order. Also I ordered 2 small containers they were out of small so I was forced to buy regular. They proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do and took my order back. Staff was extremely rude and inconsiderate. Don’t waste your time here I have not seen a good review yet and my visit just confirmed this.

Be advised this location is a shack stand alone in an outside mall ,super cute and Fabulous service plus warm yummy ? 's bites . So this is a perfect first stop to your shopping fun!

One of the worst Auntie Anne's that I had. The pretzels did not taste good. They were dry, not seasoned well enough, and the service was very slow. The dipping sauce was not warm and the overall experience was disappointing.

Fantastic service! We were enjoying the pond on a hot day and the worker offered to start our order before she officially opened so it would be hot and fresh when they opened. Highly recommend!

Asking for a tip is wildly inappropriate for doing your job. Taking payment and handing me my pretzel doesn’t qualify for a tip. Pretzel was good as always.

This is my first time to an Auntie Anne's and I was very disappointed. I have order 2 mini Pretzel Dogs since we were hungry and always wanted to try it. The cook must have been busy doing something else and forgot they were cooking something because the batch that we got was all burnt to the point it had a bitter taste and pretty much not edible until you cut the bottom off. I will probably not go back to this place again. It was pretty expensive of $7.29 each for a burnt piece of dough. I think if I was a manager there, I would not serve this to a customer and just throw it away and risk losing a future customer and that customer telling other potential customer.

How can you have no pretzels??? Literally none, only 2 hotdogs. I was also here last week and the line was tremendously long. It took literally 10 minutes for one person to order. I left. This is the second time I walked away with nothing. You guys are losing sales. I have to believe I'm not the only one.
