Love this place and have been coming for awhile, bagels and cream cheese are great, the cashier today on 4/7/24 was obviously on a serious substance she was yawnings and twisting and turning and slumped over, she couldn't get our order right and asked over and over again what it was. she needed assistance from other workers to get orders done, very very unprofessional. I had to go in TWICE to get my order fixed and it was because it was somehow wrung up the wrong way, her behavior was so abhorrent my partner did not want to go back in. I only say this because it seemed like normal behavior to the other employees which this is not. Wishing the best for what looked like a young girl.

Fresh bagels and the customer service was outstanding. I learned they are opening 3 more locations. The one coming to downtown jax will be a hit when it opens.

Was rudely accused of not paying for a measly $1.99 bag of chips. After promptly providing proof of purchase, I was continued to be treated poorly. Customers should be treated with respect, regardless of the situation. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Have reported this incident to the Better Business Bureau.

This Bagels R Us location is awful compared to the others. Was accused of stealing chips by three employees (?). Then when I provided a receipt showing that I had paid and tipped I was not offered an explanation as to why accusations were made or an apology. The manager offered up not explanation either. The staff is rude, unhygienic and unprofessional. This entire staff, including the manager Olivia, need more training in the workings of their POS system and in customer service and ethics. Will not be returning.

Nice folks. Bagels were ok. Breakfast sandwich is decent price but I think that’s because they don’t put anything on it… Turkey slice was bone dry, maybe half an egg and I couldn’t find d the cheese. Asked for lightly toasted and was firm. Raise the price a bit and fill the bagel. Stick with the bagels and spread.
