What has happened to Baskin Robbins! The employees there acted like they did not like their jobs. Almost as if we had the audacity to be customers and make them work! The employee who waited on us did not speak a word the entire time. Not even a Hello or Thank you! We will not be back. We would have been better off going to Publix and grabbing a gallon of ice cream ourselves. I will not pay for bad service again.
Ice cream is delicious. As soon as we walked in teenagers were running around and yelling at the employees. I think they are friends, but it was uncomfortable. They were cussing, and we have 3 small kids. Not a family friendly environment. There were no waffle cones......very disappointing

Disappointed by the fact that an ICE CREAM chain seems to be unwilling to serve me ice cream ? after visiting this location multiple times this year to get either a milkshake, or a cappy blast, I am continuously told that they do not have the ice cream on tuesdays, and that they do not have the cappuccino’s to make the blast. I wouldn’t even waste time leaving a review however the lack of the main product baskin robins sells… which is ice cream… makes me feel I am asking...read full review
