Baskin Robins has delicious food and very fast service. The ambience was nice and very quiet. The people there are friendly and welcoming. If you're looking for a desert place, I would highly recommend you to visit Baskin Robins.

First time going to this location. First thing I noticed was the smell . It's smells like wet carpet .However the cashier (Tateyana) was very friendly and corrected a mistake she made , while letting me know (I had no problem with this; mistakes always happen ) but it's the principle (thank you).When we received our food (2 sweet black pepper croissants) , my kids shared one while I had for myself . They were quick to eat it but I noticed the sandwich wasn't sweet and also the bacon was burnt .I went to up to the register and no one was there so I had to yell "excuse me" , the person who attended me was not thrilled by my request of having another one made . Although she did come back with a fresh sandwich (still didn't taste like the ones I had at other locations).Of course my kids are going to ask for donuts, so they each grabbed a chocolate sprinkle and I couldn't help but to get the Cruller (never have at my location ). I was so upset when the taste wasn't how I expected . It tasted like it's been out for a long time and I couldn't even take another bite ?. Anyways we're not coming back .Upside it's clean(where we sat at) , besides the smell, and it's fast pace.

I asked for 2 specific ice creams and they gave me what they wanted. Bad actitud, racist and I saw one of them taken cups from the trash can when I get in to the store. They do not use gloves or hairnets.

Hollie was so nice about us coming in last minute when we thought they closed at 10. Gave us some extra goodies too!
Tried to go today around 8:55 for my friend’s bday desert, the website says it closes at 10:00 (i work at a coldstone and I hate when customers come in right before closing so I’d never purposely come in before it closed) but the worker said she won’t scoop our ice cream (literally one scoop of chocolate) because it’s too hard and that we had to hurry up with another choice because they closed in five minutes (even though the website said it closed in an hour) Such a rude worker. I know it’s a minimum wage job, but if your at work you should do your job and not ruin people’s nights for literally an extra minute of work. Good luck in a professional job lol.

AddendumDidn’t get my cake when ordered in Sep and Agin Feb 22On review of my pay statements .. noticed that money paid is also not returned back as promised .Ordered Cake for my wife birthday and on the day of pick up , informed that they don’t have person who prepares the cake and so is not prepared . There is no prior call or message about inability to make cake by management . Staff informed that manager will give me a call next day about it and never happened and I was finally able To get hold of him after multiple calls a week later .that’s in 2018Again ordered cake in 2022 Feb . Cake was ready per manager but staff working that day said there is no cake and had to leave . I left a call to manager who informs me that cake is prepared and is there to pick up and there was miscommunication from staff and she even offered me to pick it up free Of charge ( But I already picked new cake from Cold stone by then and declined the nice gesture by her ) . I was told I will get call next day to get details to process my refund and never happened . I didn’t try to call Them back again and I just called mg bank to dispute the transaction at this time .

Used the drive thru Sat 6pm. Ordered a quart of pralines and cream. It was handed to me with no bag and no receipt.

Me and my friends walked 10 minutes to get some delicious Icecream and when we got there (at 8:30), it was to my surprise that they were closed. The sign in the front of there store said "lobby open from 5am to 9pm". So when we showed up 30 min early expecting to get some icecream, we couldn't because they were closed 30 MINUTES EARLY. I am very irritated and frustrated and just overall mad. Don't go to this basking robin ever, like pick anything else. They are not worth your time. Y'all suck the most LR

They served me ice cream on a soggy waffle cone. I could roll it like a paper towel. When I asked the cashier about it, she said only morning shift made cones and shrugged. No attempt to fix it. My husband's sundae was full of freezer ice crystals. Yuck.
