I am extremely pissed. I called this location at 8:33pm to ask if it was too late to place an order because online said they closed at 9pm. The last advised me they closed at 10pm. I said see you sure and she said yes so I said I’m on my way. I drive 15 minutes with my newborn and husband just to get here and be advised they closed at 9pm. Huge inconvenience when I could have ate somewhere else closer to me.

For onion rings or corn nuggets, as a side, add $1, Okay, our choice. When our plates arrived, I had 4 SMALL over cooked onion rings and husband got 7 corn nuggets. Come on now! I paid extra and you gave me 4 SMALL onion rings. I don’t advise to add a premium side here! Our server was fantastic!

I've been to this location a few times and the results have been pretty good. However, this trip was not. Had the family feast with ribs, chicken, collards, mashed sweet potato and Brunswick stew. Although the meat has some smoke flavor, the ribs were not cooked thoroughly. I had to f8nish cooking them in my air fryer to eat them. The collards were crunchy , but were well seasoned. This trip was not ideal results for this location, but will not stop me from visiting again. Everyone can have a bad day for cooking.
Very unprofessional and disrespectful owner demanding a certified trained Service dog be removed from the establishment while getting a to go order. Size, color, breed doesn't matter fyi. I guess being ignorant paid off. DO NOT EAT HERE! It pays to know the law when you franchise any establishment however in this case the owner does not know. Lawsuit ready. Good Day.

By far the worst place i've ever been too the owner Was extremely rude about me having a service Dog with me asking a question about the Beef brisket we walked inside and was asking the cook about the Beef brisket and then we ordered are food and was waiting for the drinks and then the owner or whoever he was seen bear and stated to yell at us telling us to get out of the store I told him that he was a service dog and he said he did not care and I couldn't have him in there with me so told us to leave so bear and I walked outside and he Followed Then when we got outside he asked what kind of service dog is he and what does he do I told him he was for PTSD he then told me that we could not go back inside and that was fine we was getting the food to go.. but I will never go there to get food again or pick up food from.

The customer service is lacking. The wait time for holding to place a to go order is exceedingly long. Additionally, the prices on their online menu is outdated. Called for a 6-piece chicken wing basket and an added side. The total was $18.23. Online the menu states $9.99. I completely understand inflation; however, please take the time to update your marketing.
