No issues with the food at any time. The facility could use some TLC or a remodel. Should take more pride in the building. It would attract more customers.

I’ve eaten at Bono’s all over north Florida and in the Jax area this is the best one I’ve been to. They prepared my food as I asked(unlike others in Jax that say we don’t do that) and the service was great. Shout out to the pit boss Reggie.

Either the cooks have changed or they don'tcare. I never get what I request.And the meat is very dry, and it used to be cooked to perfection. The young lady that took my order was the only good thing out of the trip. I spoke to the manager after I got home because of my request was not done. He wanted me to bring it back. These people don't consider the fact that it cost money to go get that food, get home and it's not what you expect or ask for, and then they say drive back. There's this thing called gas, I don't understand why they can't do small simple request and make that food delicious as it should be especially from the advertisements on TV.

The food was okay...but cashier did not put all my order in the bag...after going over it with her 2 times to make sure...I was too upset to call back and let her know, that my bakebeans were not in the bag after I paid for them...anyway.. I won't be going back there for a while..
