I love coming to Brass Tacks. The staff are very friendly, the drinks are good, and their breakfast is delicious. This is a great find for me! I will continue to support this coffee shop.

Love the iced Vietnamese tea. I've tried the biscuits and the pretzels and both were great. Laid back atmosphere and always good service.

Unfriendly staff who is consistently unpleasant upon several visits. Lacking basic customer service. Apparently a couple tattoos make you too good for common courtesy. Would expect much better from a local business.

This was my first stop in the Brass Tack and it was great. The people were friendly and made a mean frozen coffee. Unlike other coffee shops the frozen coffee was fresh brewed and smooth. No hard ice chunks in this one. It reminded me of the coffee places in AK where we are serious about our coffee. Good job.

I have been a loyal customer of Brass Tacks Coffee Co, a hidden gem nestled on South Side Blvd, for quite some time now. This cozy coffee spot may go unnoticed amidst the daily hustle and bustle, but it's a caffeine oasis well worth seeking out. Pro tip: aim for Arby's, then take a sharp turn to discover their convenient parking lot tucked just around the corner. My go-to drink at Brass Tacks is the lavender vanilla Chai latte with oat milk and a shot of espresso, but let me spill the beans - their Vietnamese coffee is the real deal! This potent potion packs a punch that'll have you buzzing like a bee in no time. And if I could make a wish upon my next refill, I'd ask for a larger cup because it's simply too good to sip slowly. While my gluten-free diet prevents me from indulging in their enticing array of eats, my comrades can't stop raving about Brass Tacks' delectable offerings. From homemade biscuits that make even my gourmet hubby weak in the knees to piping hot pretzels and gourmet sandwiches, this place caters to all cravings on the fly.The menu at Brass Tacks is a treasure trove of delights, boasting specialty drinks like the Viennese coffee that'll knock your socks off. While I usually err on the side of sweetness in my cuppa, I dare you to venture into the bold world of strong coffee with just a smidge of sugar – you won't be disappointed, pinky promise! The stellar service at Brass Tacks elevates the whole experience, turning each visit into a joyous java jaunt. Whether you're after your regular fix or eager to embark on a caffeinated adventure, this spot fulfills all cravings with a smile and a skip.Brass Tacks Coffee Co is my not-so-secret refuge when I need a jolt of java joy, and I can't espresso how much I adore it. Do yourself a favor and carve out some coffee time at this brew-tiful haven - it's a brew-tiful thing, trust me! ☕

The coffee is strong. I like the taste, very similar to Starbucks’ espresso. The homemade biscuit was good too. My only complaint was the honey comes cold. I wanted to drizzle it over.

Forget Starbucks and forget Dunkin. This place has some of the best coffee around. Possibly one of the only places around that roast their own beans. If you’ve never been check out their sister cafe Springpark Coffee.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of seats for the kids

The coffee here is great! They use good beans. I had the Cinnamon Toast Crunch latte and loved it. The breakfast sandwich was very yummy as well. They were already sold out of biscuits so if you’re looking for those come early! They also do not have the burritos anymore.

Had this coffee house today and wow. The rex sandwich was made by a young lady that killed it. Then I had the fudge brownie latte and knocked it out of the park. Thanks for a great

The server/ barista was nice and helped me with coffee selections, but the coffee just wasn't what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend it to people to try, I have nothing against the shop, but not what I was looking for.
