Horrible experience with the girl in the drive thru right now doubt i’ll be back after that experience. Cant understand what’s so difficult about ordering a waffle cone with chocolate ice cream m&m’s and sprinkles left with a headache and no ice cream

Really good value for the taste and size. I had the chocolate raspberry truffle, my new fav ice cream, and butter pecan. Nowhere else can you get delicious small batch artisan ice cream in a waffle cone that is this yummy at “pre shrinkflation” prices. I love that they have multiple vegan options, not just the one requisite flavor.Update. Came back the next day and they were out of the chocolate raspberry truffle. I tried the vegan white raspberry truffle and it was amazing.

For me, the best place to enjoy delicious ice cream in Jacksonville. Sure, there's a lot of sugar... but the taste is really good and comforting. There are lots of flavors to choose from. You can also buy large quantities and take them home.

I I had an amazing employee named Savannah. She was the bestest at getting me my ice cream quickly and swiftly. she even let me sample a few flavors and didn't charge me for them. Yippee I really think she deserves a pay increase. In fact I think her pay should go up by $1 billion an hour and if I'm feeling generous maybe bump that joint up to 2 billion an hour she was a real G at the counter and served me right thanks.dawg

Despite it being a chain, we did enjoy trying out Bruster's in JAX recently! What was cool was that we ordered ahead of time and dropped by when our ice cream was ready. There's certainly a ton of flavors, cups, cones, milkshakes, and other options to choose from which was a bonus. The ice cream I got was both creamy and delicious, and they gave a pretty generous amount. Also, it being a few miles from the beach, I was surprised that the prices were reasonable! So definitely give Bruster's a try, it was great!

It was our 1st time trying this location. It was a great way to cool off on a 103 degrees Sunday afternoon. They have a nice variety of flavors. I tried chocolate peanut butter cup, and my hubby got coconut one. We were very satisfied with quality and prices. Our fur baby stopped and the window and asked the nice staff for a treat. She got a doggie ice cream and was very pleased as well as you can tell by her happy smile on the photo...:))
