So you would think that a full staffed bk would be able to serve a whopper in under 20 minutes but not this one. The staff messed up the order ( I guess literacy is optional for employment ) then proceed to get angry with a customer for asking them to make it right. The tables and floor were disgusting and sticky. The soda machines had no soda and and and lol. It is just sad to see the attitude of the employees. They are rude, ignorant and more than likely not qualified to turn a light on. They don't even take your order. You use a kiosk and it still takes them 20 minutes to make me a cold whopper.

I haven't been to this place since 2021, and I'll probably never return. The staff was nothing but attitude, and the place was filthy and sticky even the counter. There was no ice in the machine, and when I asked why, the girl behind the counter rolled and narrowed her eyes at me, and said "It's either food or ice in the machine, and it isn't going to be both." So I had to get my ice for my drink at home. As I left I overheard two employees saying something about the ice compartment of the drink machine having green algae. The only positive thing about my experience there was at least my fries were hot and crispy. My Whopper however was cold, I had to remove the lettuce because it was brown in places and wilted. I'm writing the review because evidently from pictures I've seen here the staff still works there, and from reviews I've read about here they still have the same attitude problems. I you want to avoid a case of the bubble guts stay far away from this location.

I have never received cold or unpleasant food at this BK. The staff is always friendly and polite but the wait is always beyond twenty minutes whether it's a crowd or not. Patience is a must at this BK, but it's worth it in the end.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessibility on the side of the building. The concrete isn't smooth so be careful.

It seemed a little short-staffed with one person at the window, one person at the counter, one person assembling meals, and one person helping the other three. There were two kiosks on the order counter that people were overlooking and needed help with using, which interrupted the flow of service. The staff shortage could have been due to the holidays, but the lack of cook area technology upgrades could soon be problematic. There was plenty of seating. The cooking was not updated to any automation like you may see at some other restaurants. It wasn't very busy at the time, but there were people coming and leaving, most likely due to the wait time.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options would be the impossible burgers, French fries, onion rings, and maybe some other things, like breakfast items (i.e. pancakes, tator tots, ...).
