Horrible drive thru . 2 months ago, I waited over 20 mins in the car line . I canceled that order . Today I thought they would be better staffed, nope , still terrible wait time at the drive thru.

I stopped by yesterday afternoon. Guy taking my order couldn’t quit texting the entire time. I ordered whopper jr. With cheese. No cheese. Large onion ring was closer to a medium. Saw a customer ask 3 times for his order His sandwiches were ready but the guy that took my order was still too busy texting. An employee was wiping down the milkshake machine and drink machine. He dropped the towel on the floor and kept wiping. The manager I assume was in another world because she never said anything to the staff.

It is absolutely a pleasure to spend your hard earned money and get great customer service the young lady Ms. Smiley was Professional, Patient and Polite,As she was serving me through the drive-through, you can tell that she did not have an attitude , or she was doing her job. She actually live up to her name too. Once I drove up to the drive-through window, She had a beautiful Smile. Wow…That’s what I’m talking about. I enjoy spending my hard earned money at a place where the Manger exhibit Great and Respectful Customer Service!Thank you so much Ms. Smiley!Have a wonderful weekend.

Food is not edible here. Soggy buns, soggy onions, soggy lettuce, and soggy tomatoes. You know how long it takes for onions to get soggy?! And they still serve what they should be throwing away. This is the standard at this location. Without a doubt should be shut down.
