This location is okay. Don't expect to pull up and recieve your food at the window the way you are supposed to. They always pull you up to wait in the drive thru. Only downfall about this location

Service was terrible. They took 25 min to take my order with only one person a head of me. The floors were very dirty and sticky. I was giving an overflowing drink that kept pouring out of the straw hole, making a mess everywhere. The clerk offered to give me more napkins instead of remaking the drink. After being ignored, I finally had enough and requested a refund. Don't go there if you can help it.
This location is on top of their game. The employees (Jaron and Robbie) were cohesive, attentive and fast to serve with a smile. The food came out fast and fresh.

Horrible place just went through there earlier gave the little girl my card in drive through I knew it was taking to long to swipe my card I felt as if something was up so she give me my card back no receipt was first flag then as I pulled off random purchases started popping up on my phone which got declined being I lock my card so just a heads up they take pictures of your cards and try to pay there bills and take Ubers on your money horrible environment and every one there definitely looking for a come up
Window customer service, horrible. I did speak with the GM and the GM assured the complaint would be addressed and I was compensated for my order with a new order.

All over the employees there are (most of the young kids) non attentive. Everyone is always in a hurry to do nothing. It takes you forever to order your food then even longer to get it. Then most of the time it's wrong not what you ordered missing stuff. Please explain how this location is still open in business?Kid-friendliness: I would most definitely say maybe at other locations but not this one.... The employees speak way to loudly with way to much cussing.
