This place is great. We had one in Gainesville and I was sad to see it go. There was this one employee bringing people food with what I suspect was a broken leg or torn ACL. That guy was a quality employee. Sir if you are reading this I appreciated your service and salute you in your ability to bring people burgers fries beers and smiles. That gentleman was a true burgerfi veteran. The onion rings were kinda bland. But the burger was absolutely delicious. Looking forward to eating one again. Plenty of parking in a very nice location. I ordered the plant base burger via the self ordering technology inside the location. I would order that burger again if i want fast food while traveling. Nothing to complain about during this visit. (Well, the self dispensing ketchup machine was out of ketchup at the end of the night.)

Poor customer service. No one acknowledges you are even in the building. Food time was a long wait. Burgers were cold and fries over done. I know BurgerFi has great food but this location fell way short. PS....I don't want to hear the excuse that they are short staffed. That is not reason for poor quality of food and service.

I’m don’t usually give bad reviews unless the service/experience is really poor. Well, BurgerFi met that standard today. Food was good.We had to order on a kiosk, which is fine. But at the end of the process it asks for a tip and suggests 15%. Now mind you the girl NEVER greeted us or offered to assist in anyway. Then she continues to play on her phone with her ear buds in the entire time even when we approached the counter to get the drink we ordered. Literally never looked up from her phone the entire time we were there. Ironic part is I took picture of kiosk and even in the picture she has her head down on the phone.You can do better BurgerFi.

BurgerFi is in the busy town center, but it is on the far end, which helps reduce some of the traffic getting there. It is also next to Cooper's Hawk, which makes for a great pairing when we want to do a wine tasting with a more casual burger or even a hot dog. All of the food is delicious, and we've tried everything on the menu; therefore, you can't go wrong with whatever you decide to pick. I would say that you shouldn't skip the milkshake though because it makes for a great combination. While the restaurant is a smaller area and counter ordering, they still provide a quality experience and the staff has been friendly every visit. If you haven't had a chance to check it out yet, definitely add it to your list for the next burger craving!
