Ordered the "Heard Chef." Burgers were thin and crispy; taste was just ok, other burgers have historically been better. Since they're smashed burgers, they're drier and less flavorful because the juices and fat had been released. The menu kiosk indicated that all combos including the sandwich, food and drink were all "sold out" which doesn't make sense since each of the components can still be ordered a la carte. We ended up spending $60 for four including a tip that I was prompted for by the kiosk. Shameful of Burgerfi to solicit tips on behalf of employees instead of simply paying them more. Onion rings and fries combo is now $7.49 and the quantity of each is less than before (although the onion rings were awesome as always). Customers are now being nickeled and dimed for extra sauces. I got one extra Burgerfi sauce that didn't taste as it usually does (and not in a good way) and two cheese sauces that also didn't taste as good as they usually do, with the flavor all but absent. I'm guessing that along with plenty of other establishments, Burgerfi has reduced the quality and quantity of their offerings while maintaining or raising prices.We usually stop in here when we wind up in Riverside, but at $60, we can find better options there. Even Panera is less than that for four decent entrees and a side of something. Disappointing.

The food is good, and it is definitely better than most hamburgers. There is zero customer service, hence the fi in the name, all touchscreens, and numbers. Personally, be damn if going to pay more to not be welcomed by a person. Your choice, but you will have fewer options, and you pay more.

The veggie burgwr my wife god was good, the wings I got were like the size of cornish ge hen wings and dry/overcooked. Their fries were good. I'm not a fan of the kiosk ordering systems, there were 3 people behind the counter and would have rather spoke to a person to order. Not planni g to go back.Vegetarian options: They had a veggie burger so good for non-meat friends to have a burger with their carnivore friends.
