This was our third time here and had a great experience the first 2x. Tonight was terrible. Our waitress must be new or needs retrained-- she didn't know that apparently there are exclusions to the reward we used and were told after eating our "free starter" that the one we chose wasn't included in that app reward. We couldn't find the exclusions anywhere and she didn't even know it either. Food was barely warm, which was super disappointing and forget getting drink refills.Im hoping tonight was a fluke, but not sure if we'll even try going back. For the price of the pizza, we expect it hot and with better service.

The best pizza I’ve had other than Pi95. Way better than V’s Pizza in my opinion. The flavour of the margherita pizza ? is so much yummier and the cheese has a nice bite. I do not like the atmosphere of this restaurant, the staff is an odd mix of people, some incredibly rude and some kind. So, I recommend take out. Overall, great pizza and yummy drinks (non- alcoholic) !!
Me & my daughter visit this location fairly regularly and have had several uncomfortable experiences. There is this guy that normally does pickup & curbside who has the worst unfriendly personality for a customer service job! We thought Wade (mngr.) was a nice guy until he was rude to my daughter when she arrived to collect my pick up order. He saw her standing there and instead of helping, he ignored her and kept about his business. When he finally reached her (after sometime) he didn’t greet her and instead helped someone else. I know she was telling the truth because I too have been left there being ignored until they felt like helping me. Please find a better way to assist customers with pick up orders. We are starting to see this place as “weird”! On another visit here I was seated and overlooked by the waitress as she proceeded to help people who came in after me. Wade, we thought you were a nice manager but we now see that you were just being phony!

Loved the location, seating outside gave me that italian/European feel, which I preferred instead of indoors. Ally looked after me, bubbly personality, knew the menu items, and could give suggestions. I had the Fresh Strawberry Mango cooler, an utter delight with a light fizzy refreshing drink. Then, I opted for the Classic Hawaiian pizza with thin crust. Just how I like it, no overkill sauce, the ham thinly sliced with mango chunks and escallion slivers. The combination made the flavors pop in your mouth without it being all about the crust. Finally, the desert choice was perfect for an afternoon, a warm Butter cake topped with a scoop of ice cream and whipped cream on the side. A perfect meal and ambiance.
