First visit was awesome, second visit was good as well other them giving me wrong item , still enjoyed it but was excited about what I got the first time. Still will be going back I’ll just have to check my order, I understand it’s a new establishment so mistakes happen. Good thing about it I found something else I liked.

It was ok… menu was complicated and felt rushed standing at counter. Didn’t like the chips. Items added up for a party of 3, spent much more than I anticipated walking in for lunch. Counter staff was ok. Menu implied they would prefer no substitutions, no items listed, just 10ish ‘chef creations’ you can have a number of ways. My food was pretty good, not great, but better than most 45 minute fast casual lunch spots, especially in this area. I enjoyed my adobe chicken over rice. The rest of my party thought theirs was just ok. I would have enjoyed everything more if it was a full service place. Having to clean my table and refill my drink after spending ~$25/ person after tip didn’t sit right with me. I doubt I will be back.

Loved all the the different dishes I had. Mayors shrimp is off menu, but a must. Ask chef about it. Amazing!! Chips and queso bites were great. They have Gigantic quesadillas!!! I had the steak! All the sauces were perfectly matched. And this churro cheesecake was magnificent!! 10/10

I really enjoyed my vegetarian Rice Bowl here. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the rice and beans is made with vegetable stock versus other restaurants that use chicken or fish stock. The tofu vegetarian Bowl was really flavorful and you can ask to have corn salsa added which really adds flavor. Our Hostess Ruby was very sweet and helpful!

Ruby was an excellent server. She explained the menu and offered recommendations. The food was better than expected. Wr staryed with a small order of queso bites. The sauce that came with those was delicious and would be greaton everything. I had the shrimply the best burrito. It was filled with lightly fried shrimp. My husband had the southbeach hot chicken burrito and he said it was really flavorful. We will definitely be back to try more items on the menu.

The tacos are unique and delicious! Great fries, especially with the garlic mayo! Ruby, up front, was knowledgeable and helpful in deciding my order! Great atmosphere and place all around!
Our family was immediately welcomed & treated like family by James, the owner, and Ruby. Bright & colorful, great portion sizes. We love the Kids Corner with free pinball & books, plus Kids Eat Free on Monday! The coconut Mayport shrimp taco was my favorite - fresh & cooked to order. Pros: The staff were super friendly and helpful! Greeted by knowledgeable staff members who pointed to some good menu items and were just generally kind people.Cons: Everything else. The food was disgusting. The “queso bites” were laughable and were in no way “queso.” More like hush puppies with cheese. The chips for the chips and queso were stale. The tacos were made with tortillas that were literally hard as a rock, we ended up choosing to eat everything BUT the tortilla because it was so bad. The food took absolutely forever to come out, and when it did, they not only forgot to bring out the $11 chips and queso we ordered, but brought the wrong food. I ordered one of their chicken quesadillas and it was so undercooked that the cheese wasn’t even melted. And was just gross tasting in general. We all felt sick after eating here.General summary, this place is wickedly overpriced and the food is unfortunately just not very good. The staff were extremely nice and I appreciated their friendliness, but the good experience stops there.

first time going here and. wowie this is GREAT. the food is good, the nachos... the NACHOS man... best ones I've ever had, I think. theyve got a good flavor, they dont sog, and theyre overall Just Pretty Nice. get the nachos. this is an order.the manager also showed up at the table which was kinda scary (uh oh. managers) but also really cool (woah!! managers!!!)service was fast, and this is *probably* a little tmi but they play "its raining tacos" which is very silly.Parking: its like. right next to the tax collector so if you need to file your taxes you can get food. however that also means theres gonna be a lot of people at the tax office. thankfully the general lot is pretty big!
