I haven't been here in a long time. Now I know why! Small portions, over priced and cold . They were great 4 years ago. What happened? Won't be back. I wish they could fix this and fix the stained roof tiles too.

I just had a recent visit on March 28, 2024 around 9pm and order a family meal. The female on the speaker time was unwelcoming and seemed bothered to even take the order. I ordered a 10 piece with double fries bread sticks and a small side of strain beans. She pulled me up to wait and when the order came it was missing the strain beans and was given cold slaw. When I went back around to ask for the correct item she stated they were close and not taking no more orders and it was 15mins before close time. She truly need an attitude adjustment. I am filing a complaint in the morning. Taking a look at my receipt know and the employee name was Sierra. She is at 103rd location and need to be fired

Close before they're scheduled 10 o'clock. Disappointing. When you drive all the way there with their posted open times and then you can't get any food. I don't know why places can't just stay open until they say they're gonna close posted.

Pulled into place at 9:00 sign on the door says open until 10:00. They have the doors locked. Go through the drive-thru and order wild caught salmon and they tell me the grill is down. No, what they mean is, they just don't want to cook anymore food and close down early. That is unacceptable! I'll never be back here again

They have a young crew of hard-working ladies. They have never made bad food one time for us. Always sweet and professional. I love eating here. Food was so fresh at the end of a long day. I would recommend a fish sandwich to anyone
They decided to give me a fish sandwich, that have 1 piece of fish INSTEAD of 2 like normal.They tore the fish in half to FOOL customers. I'll NEVER go there again

Usually not a bad unit, but today the cole slaw tasted foul, like it was spoiled or stayed out of temp range and put back. Tried to call the store so someone there could try it or check, but no one answered. Not sure what was going on, but didn’t want anyone to get sick. If this is a new recipe…please switch it back. (Not good.)

Very upset. Cause the food was fresh. I got the seafood deluxe and a catfish meal. And it did not give good quality. The crab cakes was old. Look like it had been precooked. So I won't be going back to that one.

I went through drive through, got a dinner, didn't check my food until I went home, and the broccoli was horrible. It was burnt with 3 little pieces and was not good to eat. Had to go back two exits to replace it. If it was up to me, they wouldn't get any star.
