The subs my family and I bought were very good. I was loving the flavor and size of my son in particular. I had a chicken sub with pickles. I'm hitting them up again next time I'm out. The food was definitely good, but my only complaint was there was only one cashier for the line of customers and she also had to bounce back and forth between taking orders, making drinks, and preparing online orders.
The reason for the perfect rating is: Really friendly Customer Service, they are generous in the servings, cashier had really good patience with us, treats coworkers and customers like a family. Absolutely nice atmosphere. Reccomended 100%!!!

The food is always great but they always have the same girl at the register who does not speak English very well. The language barrier would not normally be an issue but she does not seem to understand the names of the foods they have. I always have to send my food back and this time I had to send it back three times and just left the fourth time without getting it corrected. I'm sure the language barrier is difficult for her too while learning a new language

The staff is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! After waiting in line, a tall, light-skinned, heavy set young lady approached the counter/register and yells, "We're closed! After him. We're closed!" I asked, "Who is him?" She then points at the gentleman in front of me. Make note, it was only two of us in line and one lady on the side waiting on her order. Also note, they "closed" 30 minutes earlier than listed. How you come up and decide to take just one of the two who entered and stood in line simultaneously?! Just RUDE!

Picked up an ubereats order this afternoon. It was not too busy just then but a long line was packing in fast. They had just 1 cashier girl and the rest was behind making food. Seemed like there was absolutely no manager or management around to assist. Cashier rolled eyes too many times while being overloaded with customers. They was a bit rude even just trying to get their attention to have someone help with passing out delivery orders. Customers was becoming impatient while waiting to have their order took next.

I hope the employees get paid a living wage or at least $15/hr, because a "large" sub combo with some pretty small large sized fries was nearly $25 ($23.19 to be exact). Jesus has inflation really hit
