Worst customer service. I thought Chick-Fil-A had standards but when you hear one of their outside workers scream at a car “Jes$& Fu%*€ing Chr%^t” because they were unsure of which lane to go in, that lacks value with the brand and she should be reprimanded. Also over heard two gentleman outdoor employees discussing a woman being attractive and the fact that she’s married doesn’t matter. All of this was the same visit within 10 seconds of each other. Sad.

Chick fil A has a great reputation and most of it is well-deserved. But this location falls short every time and honestly it's the worst location in Jax. It doesn't matter if the drive thru line is short or long- the wait time is always excessive. They also serve food that isn't fresh and that's just been sitting under the heat lamp forever. I started going out my way to the location on the other end of Southside Blvd to avoid the hassle and cold food.

Drive thru is chaotic with all the teenagers going in every direction. Waited forever for our drinks and they forgot a sandwich. This has never happened. Something isn't right.

Always a great experience going through the drive-
Visited this location with my service dog and the manager asked me if he was a service dog I said yes then she asked me what kind of medical condition I have I told her she can’t ask that she went to the back and came back with a bit of an attitude and proceeded to ask what task the service dog can preform. Which I told her and then she walked away with a rude attitude. Not very welcoming.

I hadn’t been to this location in a long time and I won’t be back. I didn’t think it was possible to mess up nuggets, but they did and the staff were so rude. I’ve never had service like that at any other chick fil a. Sadly, I won’t be back.
The take out process is horrible. It’s inefficient and takes longer than the drive through or dine-in line. My order was incorrect when it was delivered to me.The staff were friendly.
Never had any problems at this location, until tonight in the drive through line. Due to a system error, my online order was lost and had to be remade. The whole time I waited, the staff were friendly and kept apologizing. When I got my food, I was told that I would be receiving a refund for the inconvenience, and I later discovered that they had given me two free cookies as well! I really didn't mind the wait, but it's nice to know that they cared so much to do that for me. Thank you, Southside Blvd staff!
This location specifically I've had multiple issues at. Twice, has my order been lost and I'm stuck waiting, which is super inconvenient when I'm on a lunch break. It's not even a issue with the same people, just collectively the wheels aren't turning altogether. Staying far away from this location from now
