I’m no sure what it is. But every time I have come to chic fil a it gets worse. Every time I have to ask for my food to be cooked fresh and it NEVER is they assume their freshness levels are comparable to be being right out of the grease when it’s not. It’s cold the cheese will not melt and the fries are always old and cold.

Ordering online or heading to the lineup has never been a long wait.
The people at the window had the nastiest attitude this morning for whatever reason. It was a man with curly head and an all read sweater who was very nasty and my food was cold and I specifically asked for it fresh. He also didn’t even hand it to me just left it on the silver thing on the outside of the drive thru window. Smh this location sucks

Horrible customer service order was wrong and also there was poop in the kids play ground Got it on their hand and pants. And after telling the worker there to clean it, they said they can't find it. What can I say other than? It's Chick-fil-A! They set the bar for what all other fast food places want to be. They certainly get my vote for best fast food place.
