“Had just woken up about 5 minutes past the breakfast cut off, so I called to see if breakfast ended at 10:30 or 11:00 and after the bad news was broken to me that I missed it. Cici hooked me up and saved a little bit of breakfast for me so I could make it there in time.Never had that happen before, but it’s just another reason why Chick-fil-a will remain on top in terms of food quality and customer satisfaction.I love you cici“

“SUPER clean! We love Chick-fil-A, so glad we stopped in while traveling. Our family noticed how clean the bathrooms were and how nice they smelled. The restaurant was very clean as well, festive and decorated for Christmas. It had a nice homey touch, so cute. The food was delish as always, not a long wait time.“
“Love this CFA. It’s so convenient after leaving the ballpark. Everyone is always friendly and food is always fast and hot. Only thing we didn’t realize was that it closes at 9:30. We had to of rolled in right at 9:30 because when we were leaving we saw the barricades blocking off the drive thru. I felt bad after we realized it was so close to closing time, but the workers were still so friendly and didn’t make us feel rushed at all.“
“Never had any problems at this location, until tonight in the drive through line. Due to a system error, my online order was lost and had to be remade. The whole time I waited, the staff were friendly and kept apologizing. When I got my food, I was told that I would be receiving a refund for the inconvenience, and I later discovered that they had given me two free cookies as well! I really didn't mind the wait, but it's nice to know that they cared so much to do that for me. Thank you, Southside Blvd staff!“

“My husband and I love Chic Fil A. Eat here all the time, however, last night we both had a regular chicken deluxe combo it has made us so sick I cant go to work and my husband is at work suffering. I dont know if it was the lettuce, tomatoes, chicken or potatoes, coulda been bad sauce or contaminated tea not sure but I cant find the phone number to call and tell them something we ate from there made us sick!They contacted us and apologized. Took our claim seriously and is trying to make it right. We appreciate being acknowledged. Chic Fil A has the best customer service...hands down!!!Our favorite restaurant still!!!“

“service was great aubrey is really nice. food great also. probably the fastest chickfila ive ever been to, only issue is getting in and out can be tricky. also finished all my nuggets while writing this and didn’t even notice. now eating my boyfriends fries while he poops in panera. definitely dipped on in and the sauce was more than fine. thanks guys“
“I would not recommend going if there's very many people waiting for their good because it'll be at least 20 minutes, if you go when it's pretty empty it's not as bad not still a longer wait than most any other chick FIL a I've been to. But it's one of the only options on campus so what are you going to do“

“This is by far my favorite location, but every once in awhile when I’m there and doing a delivery, a few of the associates have a tendency of ignoring me and it takes a few more mins for someone to actually ask who I’m picking up for. Overall, great location.“
