If you enjoy trying out different kinds of chicken salad, I would highly recommend going here. The staff were friendly and patient. My first time but my friend loves them. The broccoli cheddar soup was okay, the bread could have been warmer because I did get it toasted. The chicken salad was good. They have indoor and outdoor seating. It was pretty chilly inside that day so we chose to sit outside. Not a fan of the cookie, very sweet.

I had ordered a meal for pick up and was in a car accident on the way to pick it up. I called and let the staff know because I was not sure if I would be able to make my pick up time. I finally arrived an hour later and the cashier with the blonde hair gave me a fresh beverage and an extra cookie! Very nice staff!
Extremely stingy with the amount of chicken salad they give you. Ordered the wrap, the tortilla was the entire middle of it with chicken salad lining the outside. The audacity to charge almost $10 for this. Really? Robbery. Nope not again. More bread than substance.

I've ordered from this location through DoorDash twice in the last week and have had to request a refund both times because I was missing items. The staff is clearly not checking or reading orders before they get picked up to make sure that they are accurate. It's beginning to get really frustrating. The food is good but not exactly what I ordered.

Quiet sit down place , nice staff but unfortunately the “famous” chicken salad is probably the most awful thing I’ve tasted in quite some time. Bland and tasteless isn’t even great way to describe it.

It is self- service and very clean, My Chicken salad and Broccoli salad were both very good.
We walked by earlier this week and saw the sign for Guest Appreciation Day and were glad we stopped in. The chicken salad is great! We tried the classic, Fancy Nancy and Fruity Fran. They were all good. Looking forward to coming back and trying the other flavors of chicken salad. There's so many to choose from!

I'm so glad we have a couple of chicken salad chick in Jacksonville . The food is so fresh and delicious ?
Such a cute place to stop in and grab lunch. The whole place just has a very welcoming cozy vibe. The customer service was great. You order at the counter and they bring you your food. I had the fancy nancy chicken salad BLT with poblano pepper chicken soup. The soup was GREAT and had a lot of flavor. It also came with a cookie which is so good!

This is so good. The food is fresh and does not taste like something pre-made. The service is so fast. I saw tables getting their food as soon as they sat down. By the time you get your drink the server is usually right behind you with your order. Great place to grab a quick bite or to linger and talk. I HIGHLY recommend this place.
