We have ordered out here before and no problems but this time ordering out the food was cold, cheese was overcooked on fries and it all just tasted like it had been sitting out for too long. We had placed the order pickup time for 6:45 and sat there almost 30 minutes curbside until I finally went in and just asked for our order. Disappointing. I waited inside for another ten while the waitstaff was joking around the corner, not paying attention that other people were waiting for their orders. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

This Chili's on Old St.Augustine rd. has an excellent wait staff. Our drinks and food were delivered to the table very quickly and the Oldtimer with cheese, as always, was on point! My only ding was the chilli. It not necessarily a knock on their chili persay, I'm just a bit of a chili snob and like mine better. Chili's chili to me is more like the type you'd put on a chili dog, which now that I think of it, that's what I'm doing next time I go there. I'm ordering extra chili to take home to make kick-butt chili dogs! In fact, I'm going to give them that 5th star for the food because of it. Try my idea and tell me I'm wrong.

We went to this location for a weekday lunch plus we had a BOGOHO entree deal. We were seated quickly in a booth. The dining room looked clean and orderly but the floor was a little slick. Our server was pleasant and efficient. Our orders came out in a reasonable time. The Crisper Quesadilla Explosion Salad was a LOT smaller than in the past plus the dressing was changed to a vinaigrette. The chicken crispers on the salad and second meal were crispy as advertised but a bit salty. The fries were quite salty and the seasoning heavy-handed. The dipping sauces were all unappealing but the server was nice and brought out two more, also not good. Soft drinks were typical fountain and had no moldy taste like some restaurants. The server also helped with the table payment since we had a reward deal. Overall were had very good and competent server who was nice and didn’t hover, but the meal was OK at best and disappointing for the most part. This is why Chili’s in general is rarely visited by us.

Stopped today at noon after years of just driving by and wow Chili’s has gotten their act together with their new “3 for me” lunch promotion. Great value, good service and tasty food. They have regained their status as a go to fast comfort food destination. Nice ?

So normally I have great experiences at Chilis or Applebee's and places like this. But my girl and I sat at a bar table and was very disappointed. The service wasn't bad but we felt like a back of the line customer Instead of a guest or patron. I left the . minimal 15% cuz I'm not an insensitive moron but im not gonna trade a poor service for my good money. I used to work there decades ago, I feel its a managerial problem. Don't avoid this place but know you possibly might get the bare minimum. Honestly I suggest getting a DOORDASH or GRUBHUB , find a promo code and take the food to a river or lake or beach or somewhere you can enjoy the food without a half@$$ waiter bothering you then wanting $.

We frequent this location , and even when short staffed, they do their best, and food is always right. Although, sure wish they'd bring back the Buffalo Bleu salad,they tried to make it for me one night, not the same as the original ?
The food was fresh, hot and delicious. Had the triple dipper and the cheese sticks were the best part. Freshly cooked and gooey. Lunch service was extremely fast and a pleasure.

Looks good, seems good but... extremely bland food a small step above frozen dinners from grocery store. Nothing tastes fresh and there's obviously more attention on bottom line revenue/profit than tasteful unfrozen garbage food.
