Really mediocre at best food for way too much money

This place should be shut down by the health department. Food is nasty, cold, and tastes old and rancid. There is pork and chicken sitting out for what is probably hours. God help you if you eat from the hibachi bar. I found several plates that were dirty and had to put back. I should have left right there and then. I ate here on a Saturday afternoon, and the next morning, I woke up feeling sick and bloated. All day it got worse, and after I threw up my lunch, I decided it was time to go to the ER. They diagnosed me with a partial bowel obstruction, which they later attributed to gastroenteritis. i.e. severe food poisoning. The doctors asked me if I had eaten out anywhere recently and this was the only restaurant we had been to all week. This place gave me such a bad case of food poisoning, IT CAUSED MY INTESTINES TO TWIST OB THEMSELVES LIKE A BALLOON ANIMAL. Health inspectors need to shut this place down. This is unacceptable. $17 for food poisoning is literally criminal.

Usually have a good experience but not today 04/29/24. I arrived at 3:23 pm so I would've fallen under lunch price(up til 3:30 pm). The manager at the front was curt, rude and somewhat bossy. Didn't ask where I wanted to sit. Food was cold and when I brought it to waiter's attention he shrugged it off and said it was part of lunch. So that means you serve it cold? There were crying kids running around disturbing the people around me and I had to shake my cup to get more water. When the waiter brought the check, the rude lady had charged me for dinner but I NEVER got any dinner food and was there before 3:30. I was really disappointed in my visit. The other hostess/manager really treats the customers well but not this one. I am going to have to find a different lunch spot. It used to be my fav. No more.

The food is usually very good. This time, it was if they just heated leftovers. It was not a pleasant experience.Vegetarian options: I don't know if anything there is completely vegetarian

Great options to choose from, but the biggest problem was the temperature of the food was lukewarm and tasteless at best. This was my 3rd time within the last 4 months I probably won't be going back until some changes have been made.

The food had to be the worse I have had in a long time. Will not come here again. The only good thing was the server. Hell the cooks were not even Chinese, they were from Guatemala Mexican or some place in South America. Like I said I would not recommend this place at all unless you had no other choice.

We been coming her for a few years and they always have good food wasn't till recently we went in and they overcharged us. It was me and my three children one was 3 another 6 and another is 11. After tip and change I payed 65 dollars and this was on a weekdsy Monday in the afternoon around 3:20 also was told we would be charged for dinner which I didn't realize it was going to be 14.99 per person plus they charge for drinks as well. It had me gasp ?? won't be able to go there or anywhere with these prices now day's but the food is good. Just not for the price nope...

Be careful they like over charge you and get extra money my bill came up to 67.00 I check my bank transactions they stole 80.00 without my consent no wonder the lady was sweet at the register thievee

Sorry everyone I don’t have any photos but I will tell you this. The buffet was a very clean environment. Customer friendly food was hot and fresh. The buffet table stayed full, hot and fresh. The egg drop soup was hot. Don’t forget your hot sauce put a hot sauce in it, but when I go next time I will have photos if you ever in the Jacksonville area please stop by and check this place outI have some photos
