I work at town center and have given this chipotle so many chances, they are constantly running out of stuff, which ok I get it it's a busy area, but also the staff can be kind of rude sometimes or just don't give af about the fact that they are at their job. Like this isn't high school hour. Anyways all that aside, today actually blew my mind. This was the pickup order I received.... Got back to my job, opened it up and this is what I see. No utensils included , ordered guac got queso instead with no notice ?? I'm typically an understanding person but this looks like they literally didn't give a single fuck & my order is super simple. How do you mess it up ???

there was an employee in their name. Harry made us feel very comfortable in there. I love his fashion glasses and his fashion necklace. It made me feel very welcome other than the white guy that was next to him as soon as he came up, you can just tell the energy went down with the employees, hope that Store gets a better role model. Food is fine but the employees there just not it. I like getting through the line as fast as possible but they were borderline rushing me and whoever is running the register is usually worse about it. I have never seen a surface in that restaurant that isn't covered in crumbs fr. Place aint great but the food is better than taco bell and it's close to UNF.

4/8/24 Girl on the line at lunch messed up my order, then gave attitude and acted like I was the problem when asked to remake it. Why work with customers if you lack basic integrity ? It’s so easy to be polite :(

Wish I can give 0 stars I’ve been there twice the first around 10pm and there’s a lady there that seem like she didn’t wanna be there and was mumbling rude things and didn’t want to serve Customers but never the less I got my food paid and left 2-3 days later I went there again at around 10:30 this time and it was the same lady again was being very rude with looking towards the end of the line and shaking her head and when it was my turn she said “ u guys don’t get tired of waiting” it was still 10:40 and I ended up not getting food there and I will not come back very very bad customer service on her end everyone else is cool

The food was hot and good! However the service wasn’t very customer service worthy. The workers didn’t seem very happy to serve me and my friends and argued in front of us, . My burrito was also poorly wrapped and half of it came out so i couldn’t fully enjoy it. I think they need to work on their teamwork and be more friendly but on the bright side i enjoyed the food.

Woah to think i second guest myself with the rudeness i experienced today I thought i was imagining it !! But see these reviews just backs me up!! Gosh it's insane how the atmosphere at this chipotle is never again!! Pure rudeness! right when you walk in I get stared down as if I have something on my face I believe it might me one of the managers himself! Older tall gentleman had nothing to say when his employee was harassing me right in front of him! In the middle of making my food employee gave never rude gestures I told him in genuine confusion your joking right he says what I then kindly stated I felt uncomfortable with his behavior towards me so therefore I'm going go so I exit myself from the situation but he still proceeds to yell at me on my way out but wait cherry on top then slams the food I told him I don't want anymore in the trash what foolishness all while his manager right next to him having nothing to say no apology nothing !

This it's one of the worst restaurant that I've been with my wife and my two daughters. Food it's delicious because it's standard. but nobody cares about cleanliness of the restaurant. Food on top of the tables, garbage on the floor, that part of the sodas completely mess and the worst part a big cockroach in the floor running around the restaurant. This restaurant located in St John's town center gives very bad reference. I'll never back here. And finally the supervisor looks Like he doesnt care at all. Terrible !!

Came in the middle of a lunch hour rush and this place was amazing. Run like a fkng machine; so efficient and on top of everything. Also-- best chipotle I've ever eaten. Idk what they do differently at this location but it was sooooo good. Unfortunately, I live near River City marketplace and that location is always dirty with rude and unhelpful staff - so after 2 tries there, I've never gone back.

Just dropped by for a quick to go lunch at 3:10pm today. It was not quick at all. It took me about 15 minutes to walk in and walk out of the restaurant with my food. The place didn’t seem to be understaffed. They probably would benefit from one more person cleaning their dining room as there was dirty tables, no napkins, and low/almost empty fresh drinks. Finally, ordering my food… I greeted the gentleman making my bowl, but I did not get greeted back. He didn’t say a word the entire time, not even after I thanked him after he capped my bowl up. Lastly, was the manager who was cashing me out at the cashier. He only said two words to me.. “chips. Drink.?”. I thanked him (no response) and walked out. If I was the GM, I would demote this “manager” to wiping tables and refilling silverware. Embarrassing. No customer service anywhere.
The trash was overflowing, almost didn't eat there. I asked the manager if they had seen the garage at the door and she said yes. And proceeded to walk away unbothered. Very disappointing ?

It’s over an hour before close, but I guess they’re in a hurry to be done early because they’re already taking out all the tins and told me there were no more vegetables left when I ordered a vegetable bowl. When I tried to explain, I would not like the veggie bowl if there were no more vegetables left, the young woman was very rude to me. Left with no food.

Didn’t even pay for my food. Went in with my girlfriend after a job interview to get a bowl for each of us. The man in front of us ordered a burrito and the employee, a man with light hair and a septum piercing, gave him a quarter of a scoop of rice, we should’ve seen the red flag there. My girlfriend goes to order her bowl, gets a half scoop of rice, asks for more rice and gets no more than three grains. I go behind her, am given even less rice, a quarter scoop of chicken, and skimped on every other ingredient as well. I could still see the bottom of the bowl after everything, ordering 7 ingredients which were all fully stocked. I told them to just keep the bowl and I walked out. Y’all need to either fire or give some rigorous training to this employee and maybe learn a thing or two from the Chipotle locations in Millenia Plaza, Orlando. Or from Blanding Blvd. I have never been treated like this at a Chipotle and I go two to three times a week. Considered starting a physical altercation with the employee over the disrespect.

The chipotle worker with the hair down to her legs was extremely rude, pretty much saying they won't be able to feed us as we watch them add food to the bar in front of us. I understand it's late but they have 30 more minutes that they advertise being open, they shouldn't be mad at people for taking advantage. The food also sucked, chicken and pork very dry
